Amazing service from Synergy. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Went in for a tooth extraction and was extremely nervous but everyone helped to put me at ease and was in and out quickly.
Would highly recommend.

Attended for an extraction under sedation - I am an extremely anxious patient and the extraction had potential to be complex. I have never had sedation before and this added to my fears. I was in safe hands with Ganesh and his team. Special thanks go to Chrissie (I hope I have remembered the name correctly) for holding my hand and all her reassurance. I remember very little about the procedure but I do recall it being pain free. Early days of my recovery but I still remain pain free and feeling very grateful for being looked after by a great team.

I phoned up and had a consulting of 30quid he listened to me as I was on benefits and didn't have much money and said if I travel from Cornwall to Birmingham he would give me a free check up on my teeth to see what treatment I needed first before they began. So im getting a hygiene clean then im going to have some work done was very helpful and understanding of what I needed.

Amazing staff so helpful and caring

Ive had an amazing experience with the birmingham surgery. Ive had constant contact from Aisha from the sales team, both pre and post treatment. My dentist,Mr Khan, explained the procedure in great depth and i didnt feel pressured into going ahead with the treatment. I had a single implant and had shopped around before deciding on using Synergy. The reception staff are also very lovely and welcoming. Top marks all round :)

Awful experience, and most definately wouldn't return or recommend here , trying to charge me for an appointment one week after it after not being told about the full Costs when I asked beforehand, have been to trying to resolver for weeks with them and they don't get back to me or reply to emails , were not transparent in the coats at all and really unhelpful in trying to resolve , also found the premises to be run down and not as clean as it should be , very poor

I'm a very anxious patient, and Dr Kashif Razvi made me feel immediately at ease, almost like it was a friend holding the appointment, he was so professional and caring and really went above and beyond to help my situation. I highly recommend this dentist, and i will definitely be booking back in with him as I've never felt so at ease at a dentist, a massive thankyou to Dr Razvi, and hopefully I will see you in the near future. Shifa did an amazing job with the Oxyjet treatment. I've used teeth whitening over the years but had some staining from tea and coffee which nothing seemed to get off. Shifa was really patient and thorough and I'm so pleased with the result. Would highly recommend!

Went here to get composite veneers. Thought I was going to get to see how my teeth would look before they got fitted as this is what it shows on the Synergy site. I was pleased with the work I seen on the main site. However my teeth ended up like rats teeth. He shaved them down as far as he could and they still looked terrible. He had seen how I wanted them but couldn’t do them that way so did them any old way. I’ve sobbed my heart out. I won’t leave my house and the reply to my complaint was they would knock 700 pound off to take them out but my crown won’t match as I got a new one fitted at the same time. Also, one of the veneers has a piece chipped off. This happened a day or two after being fitted and I wasn’t even eating! I will be taking this further. Avoid this dentist at all costs!! I’ve also seen on here that someone has a court case against this dentist too.Ubayda Alshanti Is the dentist I seen.

​Title: Highly concerning and inconsistent diagnoses - a complete loss of trust
​I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding the inconsistent and contradictory diagnoses I received at this clinic over the past four months.
​Approximately three to four months ago, I was told my teeth were in excellent condition. Just one month ago, another dentist at the same practice said I needed a scale and polish and one filling. This was surprising, so I got a second opinion from a private dental practice. The private dentist confirmed the scale and polish but found no evidence to support the need for any fillings.
​The situation escalated dramatically during a recent appointment, when I was told I now needed four fillings. Most concerningly, a staff member allegedly claimed the practice uses materials for fillings that are dangerous or banned.
​The alarming disparity between these diagnoses and the claims about the materials is unacceptable. It raises serious questions about the consistency and accuracy of the examinations and, frankly, suggests a pattern of upselling. The conflicting information has completely eroded my confidence in the care provided by this practice.
​I am terminating my relationship with Synergy Dental Blackpool and have requested a formal, written explanation regarding the conflicting diagnoses and the specific materials referred to in my last appointment. I strongly advise potential patients to seek a second opinion

Very disappointed with service cancelled a procedure
But no refund after 1 month
This is disgraceful for a company
I would not recommend to anyone

Terrible service the dentist was seeing 3 patients at the same time flirting between rooms tried to remove my tooth despite me saying it wasn’t numb she said it was and was just pressure I could feel believe me it wasn’t numb then refused to carry on as she hadn’t the patience or time to deal with the problem

Been attending Birmingham branch for sometime when it was the only local dentist. They always ask for payment upfront which I find strange as no other service ever asks me to do that. Had an issue, I wasn't able to return for the second part of my appointment as last time I only had a check up and not the teeth cleaning as I wasn't feeling well. They said after 3 months the window for treatment is closed and you have to pay again. I went recently paid again for level 1 treatment but because I also needed a filling and I wasn't going to get that done this time around or pay for it in advance and be told the window for treatment has closed! Well, some confusion with the Dentist if she could treatment me or not. Anyway, had the treatment all was fine but I enquired about the Polish which is listed under a Band one and the they said they don't do that anymore. Also the clean up was only for the inside of my teeth, not the outside so it didn't include in any clean on the front of my teeth which they keep saying is Cosmetic and you need to pay an additional fee for that! Also, they aren't taking any more NHS patients when I have rung up for family! Also found the one female dentist I had to be judgemental and made some comments! Not looking to return, while my last treatment was ok I'm not looking to get more work done based on other's comments! I don't want to get sick!

After being referred to synergy dental for wisdom tooth removal I went for an initial evaluation to Check me for the sedation. After this they wanted to book me in 4 days before I was going to Cyprus for 2 weeks I refused and said it would have to be when I returned as I was worried if there was any complications. Finally they agreed to do the surgery when I returned.

Low and behold I had the surgery the dentist was extremely rude didn’t acknowledge me before and didn’t say anything after although the dental
Nurse was nice. I left the surgery after the treatment obviously numb and disoriented. The next morning one side of my face was hugely swollen when the practice called me to see how I was I explained I felt I was a lot more swollen than I thought it would be. She told me not to worry and that it should subside within 48hrs and if it didn’t give them a call. This would have been hard as 48hrs later was a Saturday.
By Friday evening I was in excruciating pain and realised it was infected. I booked an emergency dental appointment through the nhs for the Saturday morning to find I had a severe infection which the dentist agreed I had from the start looking at how swollen my face was. She also told me I was the 4th or 5th emergency she had dealt with that had had treatment at synergy. She was disgusted that they didn’t ask me to come straight back for antibiotics when I told them my face was extremely swollen.

If you get referred by the nhs to have treatment with them I suggest you ask for an alternative. They definitely don’t care about nhs patients avoid at all costs.

Had my composite bonding done at synergy, was such a fast process and i was treat kindly by all staff. Love my teeth xx

The staff are very friendly and obliging, I was treated by Dr Ujala who has a great sense of humour and makes you feel at ease, Nurse Becci was very helpful in giving me some information that I asked about, not forgetting the lovely Gemma the receptionist who hasn't been there long is very friendly and already doing a good job, I would definitely recommend Synergy at Padiham.

No patience after care don't return emails or calls... wife had implants fitted not fitted correctly left with pain and suffering instead insisted by a reception I should pay for another appointment to be seen by the dentist.

Dr. Ujala and Nurse Kelly were absolutely outstanding — they have completely transformed my smile. Dr. Ujala expertly straightened my lower teeth and then carried out composite bonding on my upper teeth. Throughout the entire process, both were highly professional, attentive, and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Ujala. Thank you!

Brought my son who has learning difficulties they seen him 16 minutes late the dentist rolled her eyes at him because he wouldn't open his mouth she had no patience for my son I brought this to the managers attention and she wasn't interested and didn't care all she kept saying was okay and she would pass it on which obviously won't get passed on it is quite clear there is no patient care and no patience compassion
