empty parcel
I received an empty parcel the first time around which I wasn't happy with. however they replied to my review and sent out a new set with an incredibly fast delivery. therefore increased the stars for customer service and how quickly it was dealt with. Although would have rather the email was responded to rather than having to leave a poor review for the issue to be resolved. But its been resolved none the less, so thank you :)
