Company service/response time was very good but product disappointing. Floor edging strips were aesthetically excellent but the built in adhesive was ineffective and would not adhere to the skirting board. These strips were not cheap and I'm guessing the built in adhesion was the reason why. So now need to buy adhesive to finish the job. Also website not very user friendly, and auto confirmations written in tiny font size/display.
Recommend paying for samples to ensure what you're ordering is what you want. Don't rely on website displays.

Not had time to fit the trim yet .
Well boxed and delivered on time. Had a trial run by just laying on floor ,this looks just right and sure this will finish floor off perfectly.

Great edge trim, finished off a floor with a low skirting board that didn’t have a high enough vertical edge for scotia and it looks fantastic! Syntech couldn’t have been more helpful when I made a mistake cutting and needed a small extra piece, which they sent as a sample of the correct size. Great service and product

Yes Product exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately packaging was damaged in two places. Delivery man said he’d collected it like that. Contents had slight kink but nothing major.

Have used this threshold product before, used to be sold in B&Q this company makes it and sells it cheaper including free postage, so many colour choices, so simple to fit and looks a million dollars, far better than allumium for purpose and it is so versatile, can resolve many flooring situations. Highly recommended we will not use any other product, we even brought the matching floor edge trim which again is a fantastic product. Oh and they do samples to.
