Misleading “Unlimited” Plan – Avoid
I signed up for the Business Unlimited plan expecting what was clearly advertised: unlimited video translations. Nowhere does Synthesys mention a 5-minute video limit or a hidden “fair use” cap—yet both exist. I had to split a longer video into 12 clips (all under 5 minutes) to complete one project.
• 5 videos failed to process and I had to reupload
• After just 11 successful uploads, I was blocked with a “fair use limit exceeded” message
• Total translated time: under 54 minutes, including free-tier usage
This is nowhere near “unlimited.” It’s misleading marketing, poor reliability, and a complete waste of time for any serious user. Avoid this service.

My experience with Synthesys has been incredible! The AI voice generator is great for creating videos at work. Not to mention their AI image and video editors make everything seem more professional and polished! I highly recommend this to everyone who has to create content and is looking for great tools to do so!!

Synthesys is one of the best - most stable - most accurate programs out there

I've been using Synthesis for a few years now, and I can confidently say they were among the pioneers in the industry. Today, their AI models are incredibly advanced—so realistic it's almost impossible to tell they're AI-generated. The quality has consistently improved, and the results speak for themselves. Outstanding work!

I enjoy using this tool to make videos. I have not much experience and I feel like a pro when my videos are done. I love that it integrates with Canva. This is a great tool that makes my job easier creating videos and expressing my self. They offer great number of voice choices, tones and AI humans.

Just signed up for the Humans feature with them. I’ve been a subscriber and early access investor over three years now. I’m happy to see they continue to improve and support their product. This is definitely a move in the right direction and I feel good spending with a company I believed in early on in their journey.

I have had an amazing experience with Synthesis.io, creating courses for educational purposes with their engaging tools. Their expertise and engaging videos teach you how to use all the different techniques that are available when rendering your videos and images alike.

I was a Synthesys-x user owning an unlimited account which worked great. Synthesys has now been turned by force into Phedra which is the same tool with very limited capacities and awful results. By the way, of course, I'm not recognized anymore with this tool, so I lost my account which cost me 147 $. And of course, I got no reply from this company after submitting a support ticket. I will not give up claiming how disapointed I am, and I will continue spreading the truth about this company until my tool is reversed into what it was and what I paid for.

Well, synthesis voices are some of the better voices ive heard over the years. The controls over pitch, speed and adding pauses, brings an even more realistic feel to my projects. Also offering a monthly payment with full access brings their already spectacular services to more creators. I just Love it.
