I played on a few platforms and made a few shorts to see the results before subscribing to Synthesys. I checked reviews as well before making a final decision. I contacted the support team a few times prior to subscribing and their response was fast. I like the clean space and ease of working on the create page. I generated my first video this morning. The result was so excellent I'll be using it. My avatar had good facial expressions that coordinated with the script. But more, he had hand and arm gestures that coordinated with what he was speaking as well. How did they do that so well! I have a very brief experience on Synthesys platform but, if the first video went so well, as Synthesys and I begin working together, it can only get better!

I had an important request regarding my Synthesys AI Studio account. I sent a support request in one day and the same day they had resolved my request. I have had this request with many other companies NEVER have I had this request resolved so fast and just as I had requested. WOWZER. Because there are so many here to day and gone in year and no customer service I am only purchasing from companies that that been around for several years and have great support. All others I am unsubscribing.

I am honestly pleased with the customer service response time. This is not the first time I am experiencing this and I thought it would only be fair to leave a review. So I bought the Synthesis app in 2022, had some issues then which was resolved almost immediately. Fast track to this month (July 2024), I could no access my account, I reached out and within some hours my request was resolved and I have now been migrated into their new UI which looks really cool by the way. Why is this important to me? I have reached out to a couple other organizations' and this is almost 2 weeks and no response from these other organization. The app is also very user friendly and easy to navigate.
