Video editing is a difficult task that can be made much easier with the help of software like Synthesis. With Synthesis, i can easily create videos without having to show my face. This software is easy to use and makes video editing a breeze.
The daily export limit for agency users is not good and the Support Team says that it will be increased to 20 videos. However, for me this limit is enough.

We represent ourselves in business. We have a name. If you represent a company, you sign your name. You have a name. You wrote something for me, dear stranger, but who are you? Do you have a name or is it just "Hi!"?
The other thing. You wrote a nice monologue here. So it turns out you lied in that one too, dear stranger. What you wrote here is the same text on the sales page WHERE TO FIND IT? Or do you lie in the same way and only write it here, on the Trustpilot website, when someone dares to write that you are scamming people?
I don't expect an answer from you stranger. You and I are from a different world. I do business in a different way and please don't be angry but I can't do business with your mentality. Maybe others can. I am incapable of tolerating lies.
I wish you good luck and hope that one day you and your company will grow up to the point where truth can get you ahead. And then one day you too can sell your product at a fair price. You won't have to give you 0%, lying cheap.

The company is lying! Claims you can make unlimited videos with this software. This is not true. You can create 20 videos per day. However, the company does not describe this in the terms and conditions or on the SALES page, so they are lying. Therefore 0% because the company lied.

I do not recommend this company at all.
1) there is no unlimited video production, although the company claims it, so they are lying!
2.) the video quality is very bad
3) the sound quality is poor
4) the renderer is painfully slow
5) slow software
6) all avatars are ugly, so not usable
7) avatars cannot be enlarged

I do not recommend this software at all.
On the one hand the avatars are ugly, on the other hand the company lied because they didn't tell you that the daily limit is 20 videos per day.

First of all, thank you for your feedback. Our service has been continuously improved based on real customer feedback since day one.
We have been operating legally for two years and know each of our customers. We have over ten thousand happy customers and we help them in any way we can by providing a dedicated support team.
Live support is available Monday through Friday, 16 hours a day. We provide active live support on weekends as well, but with fewer hours.
Yes, we offer unlimited service, subject to fair usage, exclusively for newly created accounts. We do this as a measure of extra security. As a new customer If you exceed two hours of videos total time in one day, our system will put a temporary limit on your account. This limit is automatically reset the following day. Additionally, this ensures that existing long-term customers are treated equally at the time of rendering their videos.
After 30 days, this security layer is automatically lifted.
Our software was being abused by customers who purchased it and started spamming our servers with videos on day one, asking for a refund the next day. Therefore, we had to take this action last month.
Certain accounts followed this malicious practice repeatedly for a long time, and it appears that the practice still continues today.
It would be helpful at this point to be mentioned that you have purchased our software three times within a 10-day period of time, asking for a refund for each purchase. It's not a common practice for customers with honest intentions to buy a license for the software, use it fully inside the refund period, receive a refund, then buy it again. It is reasonable though that you tried our software a second time even though you requested a refund.
However, we were confused as to why you bought it for the third time in such a short period of time asking again for a refund. According to your review, our software did not meet your needs, so we made everyone in our support team wonder what the real intent was.
The refunds for all your transactions have been processed without any delay despite having exceeded the refund period.
I can ensure that there are no upsells in the recurring package you purchased.

Nothing Short Of Amazing!
What you can create with Synthesys's software is nothing short of incredible! This is State Of The Art. There's nothing else that even comes close, as far as I know, and certainly not for the relatively small investment. Even better, the program's creators continue updating and upgrading the product, as the technology expands, at no extra cost! Try it, and be amazed at the possibilities!
