Unresponsive. Sales team sell you, but then vanish when needed.
Thankfully Im changing suppliers after 7 months with these.
Tip, never take a cold call at work, make an appointment and look into their reviews, it saves a whole lot of stress.

Easy company to deal with very professional. New terminal installed quickly and old contract cancelled with out us having to do anything. Highly recommend.

Do not trust this company at all, one day they came into the shop to introduce themselves, then we agreed, we start working on the project then they disappeared for 2 weeks,after several unresponsive calls they sorry,we told them if it’s happen again we are out, because its a running business we cant do without card machine or epos system, then guess what no response for another period, I sent them a cancellation email but now they are saying I need to pay whole amount of the 4 years contract.We did not use any of the service even once, we cancelled our contract with current supplier and they couldn’t activate theirs we had no card machine service for whole day in the shop and cost us a lot money.we had to call back to current company to open back our account.
No service provided except they tried to set up then they disappeared. It’s scam, dom’t even try

dont trust these people. we have had same experience as others. never cancelled existing suppliers, so now we are paying double. will never call you back and totally unwilling to help. STAY WELL CLEAR

Tim is a nice guy. He is very friendly, politely gentleman and very helpful when you need him at the point.

We needed T2's support this morning as our card machine was not working due to an update. We contacted there support phone number and they already had a message telling us what to do with our card machine to re-set it. 1 minute later we were up and running. Plus we had a phone call from T2 straight after to check we were all ok. First Class Service.
