Very informative and was able to explain everything I needed to know. Always around to help if needed and like the fact they are a local company.

1: they found my business good deal.
2: THEY sorted swapping suppliers with minimal input from me.
3: always answers the phone or call back quickly.
4: have sorted the few problems that I have had (through my own mistakes) quickly and thoroughly.
5: have periodically checked on us if we haven't been in touch.

I have made good savings on my transactions with T2 , it's very useful to be able to phone and get help and advice immediately if need be.

T2 have been fantastic, I originally changed from Clover to Valitor when I first met Tim and Tom and saved loads on my transaction charges. Not being happy to stand still T2 came back to me and i then went with T2 and again made savings on my transaction charges. The rates for the terminal are very competitive and I would definitely recommend you speak to the guys at T2. Great Service and customer support!

Totally disappointed with T2. Been waiting over 5 months for the repayment of the cancellation of our old card machine to switch to T2 after nothing but broken promises from Tom to say the payments would be made. Always loads of excuses and other people blaming for the non payment.
A total unprofessional service.
I would never recommend this firm to anyone else again.
Tom was really good at the sales pitch and convinced me to change companies but truly regretting this decision.

I changed my terminal over to Valitor after a chance visit to my shop. When I took out the contract I explained I would need to upgrade it for when I’m on the road so it didn’t rely on WiFi. Well, that time came and I asked for this to be done. My phone call never happened, messages were ignored and I have had to do it myself. The card machine is great, but that’s about all that is.The company has since been intouch and offered to pay me to retract this review.

Good card terminal, next day payment which is great frees the shop up to make orders quicker. Although having consistent issues with the card reader that's slowing up the customer exchange.
