Very professional, extremely helpful and thorough company. I made several enquiries and received very prompt answers via email and then a phone call to follow up. Carol checked details and the tablecloth was dispatched on the day of order arriving in time for my event despite the extremely short timeframe. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or to recommend it to others. Thank you very much.

I ordered a made-to-measure tablecloth on 6 December and it was shipped out the same day. In between the order and shipping I was very surprised to receive a telephone call explaining that what I had ordered may not be possible but we talked it through and quickly sorted things out. In this all-digital and remote communication age I was delighted and very impressed to be able to talk to you in person. The tablecloth was delivered the next day and is lovely. Brilliant customer service all round!

Placed an order online for a large custom size tablecloth at 15:12 on 21st December, paying for express delivery. Had a message from UPS within the hour to say my order was on its way! I'll admit I was concerned that it was too fast for it to be a quality job but I needn't have worried, the tablecloth arrived at 10:00am the next day, pristine white and neatly hemmed. That has to be the fastest turn around ever on an order - top job! I would certainly use them again but next time I would try and visit the premises in person if that's an option, to choose the fabric as the polyester one I chose probably wouldn't have been my preference, but that's the drawback of ordering online without getting a sample first. I would certainly recommend this company - they even took the trouble to phone after the order showed as delivered to make sure I had indeed received it alright.

Yesterday morning I finally got around to trying to get a tablecloth for my awkward sized table, having failed in all the usual outlets. The gentleman I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful and I was assured my tablecloth would be with me the next day. Less than 24 hours later and it’s already on my table!! Unbelievable customer service and in addition, I’m delighted with the beautiful, heavy quality of the fabric and incredibly neat edging. I’d highly recommend this fantastic company.

Lovely product delivered in double quick time. Custom made crushed velvet tablecloth looks lovely on my circular dining table and perfect for Christmas. Dimensions necessitated a join which was very well done. Also ordered a standard tablecloth a week earlier which is very good quality and arrived very quickly. Top marks.

very friendly and proffesional service. After discussing fabric over the phone I placed my order on their advice. I needed the cloth within the week. I ordered on the Friday and had my cloth here by the Monday. Was used on Saturday for an exmas meal for 10 people. Obviously a few marks were made . I put it in the wash and it has come out completly clean. Even the red wine and gravy , Thank you very much.

Finding somewhere that I could purchase a made to measure tablecloth from, was a lot harder than I expected, but Express Tablecloths offered exactly what I required. Ordering was easy and delivery was really prompt. Unfortunately my first order arrived but it was the wrong length. I contacted ET&T and they immediately responded and within less than an hour a new cloth was despatched to me arriving the very next day. It really is a testament to the company in how they dealt with the order going wrong that makes them stand out as being an excellent company and one I woudl not hesitate to recommend. The cloth is perfect and of great quality too - I would highly recommend.

Ordered 3 standard size tablecloths on Wednesday evening, Immediate confirmation. Arrived 2 days later on Friday morning using standard delivery. Ivy leaf and damask rose were excellent quality (thick material). Premium plain was thinner (and cheaper) but still good quality. Reviews say it all - great experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend

looking for a tablecloth for our larger than usual table I came across "Express Tablecloths and textiles" online.
Web site easy to use with great choice of textiles and colours. They cater for unusual sizes so was able to order perfect size for our table at a very reasonable price. Even answered a query via text on Sunday
Ordered Monday, delivered Wednesday.
Five star service and a BRITISH family company.
