The suitcase came with a lot of scratches! I’ve been trying to get in touch with them about a replacement and I still haven’t received any sort of response from them for a week.

Delivered so fast. Haven’t seen them yet but my father says they look great. Lovely colour

I purchased a set of your best luggage from through Amazon 11 months ago.

After a few uses, the place that holds the Velcro together on two of the three pieces of luggage has ripped and is not usable anymore to attach. I called the number on manufacturer website 833-TACH-LUG and no one answered and left two messages asking for a replacement and a return phone call. I also sent an email which was days later returned by someone at the company named John. I submitted the proof that he asked for verifying its under warranty via email then he stopped responding. 10 days later I called the company again to request the updated version V3.1 but again nothing but a generic computer voicemail.

I am today formally filing a complaint regarding the failure in customer support and with the product with Amazon and filing an insurance claim to get a resolution.

UPDATE:
Mr. John called me a few days after my last message to confirm my mailing address and after speaking a little to explain where the miscommunication happened on his end, he promptly sent the replacement set which arrived in good shape and I look forward to my next journey with it. I have also updated the star rating. Thank you Mr. John and TACH.

I took two out of three suitases for just one trip by plane to France. Middle suitcase did not make it back home as handle stopped working, it was no longer extending and we had to buy replacement luggage as it was too heavy to carry while toiling was no longer possible. The big suitcase’s plastic wheels were ruined by the time we got home from the station. These are very bad quality suitcases and bad for the environment if you have to throw them away after one trip. I was hoping for many journeys with them - what a dissatisfying experienceand waste of money.

Desperately needed a new luggage set and with no idea where to start looking my daughter told me about a company she had seen, on TWITTER (X), selling luggage sets where you could lock/link more than one together and pull.

So I went online and my research began. Watched the YouTube vids and read loads of reviews then contacted TACH and spoke to Clarke who answered all my questions and who also followed up by an email. Customer service was so on point, I ordered a grey TACH V3 3 piece set straight away and it arrived the next day. Now that's what I call speedy delivery.

"Are you putting me out of a job?" I heard numerous porters say whilst I was exiting airport in the Caribbean with my luggage set. Immigration officers took pictures, many passengers were watching in awe and others were asking for TACH company details.

I knew if my luggage set arrived in the same condition it left UK, I was definitely onto a winner. So said, so done!!!

I'm not a light packer so the storage compartments and being able to put items in both sides of the cases was a bonus. They were filled to the maximum weight ,for airline, so could not believe how easy it was to pull the suitcases using the handle then using the strap provided.

Love everything about my luggage, especially the lock system. I've given them to my daughter and going to treat myself to another set , different colour.

Look excellent…they are a gift for my daughter so no review for them, but the ordering process was excellent and fast delivery.

Great all round, from ordering to using!

I bought the soft sided 3 piece set for a two month over seas trip. It has performed beautifully. I couldn’t be happier. I’m a 67 year lady traveling on my own.. this has made my traveling experience a lot easier and a whole lot more fun. I don’t need a bellman or bell cap at the airports. I’m on my 8th hotel in New Zealand. I wish I knew about this luggage years ago!!!

A little too soon for me to have used the luggage, but purchasing was super easy and delivery was quick. Great price for this kind of solid, well-made matching luggage

lovely idea and looks great but the cases at capacity don't work well. Bought a blue hard case set of three 2 years ago fro a special trip - on the first journey the middle cases corner dented quite badly. The small case used twice only had its handle pull mechanism break too - so for the money and not having the use of the system as designed it is not worth your money. Despite writing to tach to get the small suitcase repaired, I heard nothing and the middle suitcase handle does not feel strong anymore either.

Yet to use the cases, but the are nice and light and seem well designed.
The method for linking them together seems to work quite well.

Seamless experience from placing my online order to receiving delivery of it. I was concerned after reading one review which said they still hadn’t received their order after a lengthy period of time. As I planned to use the suitcases a week after placing my order, I reached out to Clark to get a time estimate. Clark responded quickly and was able to tell me exactly when my shipment would be sent and delivered.

Haven’t used the suitcases yet but they look good, are easy to attach and detach etc. Lots of space within the cases themselves and a nice divider between the two halves of each case contains various zippered compartments for socks, underwear, electronics or anything you want to keep separate.

Looking forward to using the set in a few days.

I placed an order for the grey 3 piece set that was to be delivered 7/16/23 and I still have not received my order and my flight is in less than 2 days. I emailed the company several times and I was never responded to. This is ridiculous.

Easy to order our 3-piece set. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Seem like pretty good quality cases but need to try them on a few trips first. Marked down a star as there doesn’t appear to be any way to purchase just a large case. The only case that can be purchased separately is the carry on. This is a shame as we’d have liked another large case to go with the 3 piece set.

The luggage arrived earlier than expected in excellent condition. It is robust and innovative with a couple of handy extras: charging points, bottle holder, neat pockets. The connecting concept works brilliantly and very robustly. We couldn't be more delighted with our choice of luggage that gets envious looks from other travellers.
