Really happy with the arrival of our Tach V3 3 piece set, travelling with a number of cases with 2 small children and a pram etc for the pass couple of years has been stressful so this set is a god send. I can not fault the service from the company either as when one of the cases arrived faulty the replacement was sent out the next day in perfect condition. I look forward to using the cases and even considering buying more to match.

Fantastic company and product

They look great and so far in just unpacking and testing out the attachment feature work fine. However i reported the scratches that i found to which i was adviced to receive a compensation. Its been over a week and i am not receiving any replies from your customer service. I expected a better service in reply. I am now now sure i will receive any reply even in the chances of warranty related topics or returns.

The cases were delivered promptly. They are high quality luggage that look amazing!

The ordering process with simple, and received my suitcases within 36hours of ordering, very impressive!
Was surprised how lightweight they are and they can be broken down accordingly to suit my trip.

" First time using my new tach luggage set on a multi stay tour of Ireland. Very lightweight, so perfect for moving several times! It's robust and rolls smoothly. I wasn't sure how good it would be over kerb drops, bumps and mats, but it handled them without any issue. Brilliant luggage, highly recommended. My wife loves it too...the fact that they all link together means she doesn't have to carry anything other than her handbag!"

Further to my review below the cases were not over packed as we could carry them individually. Also they DIDNT work on carpet!

In addition we are now in Greece with minimal luggage allowance and they are really not fit for purpose

We got out of the car at the airport in the U.K (meet and greet) connected the cases and walked up to the terminal building (literally a few meters) and had to immediately disconnect the cases as there are bollards to prevent trolleys (i think) . We couldnt then reconnect them as there were escallators so we checked in with 3 separate cases so no added benefit. Then on arrival we collected our cases, connect them up walked out of the terminal and had to immediately disconnect as we couldnt pull them and cross roads where there are no lower curbs on the pavement. We were in Greece and all of the pavements to get to the hire car company were like this so we didn't bother reconnecting. I feel like this is a lovely idea but mis-sold without the correct level of practical research. Our smaller case also arrive damaged which i know is the airlines fault but our last luggage set lasted about 6 years and we travel approx 4 times a year plus staying with friends in the U.K several times a year so we really need luggage that works for us. At this point I really think that a refund is due.

I love this luggage! So easy to move several cases together. They are also lightweight but so robust......I wouldn't use anything else now. Fast delivery . All round great service.

I placed my order for the luggage and it arrived the next day. Really cool how the two smaller cases fit snugly in side the larger case, identical to how wooden Russian dolls fit together. This feature is a game changer for storing suitcases when not in use.

I have been using TACH Luggage for a couple of years now and am really happy with the quality and the design.

Its a brilliant idea to have all the luggage connect to each other. It makes it so much easier when traveling as a family or even if you travel with multiple luggage.

Love the concept of these connecting suitcases. First time investing in a sturdy luggage set and would highly recommend to anyone who is considering buying. Great selection of colours, I went for the 'Merlot Red', distinctive enough to identify when collecting from the baggage carousel. Excellent quality, very robust.
Also speedy shipping which was a plus!

I placed my order for 3 Blue Suitcases, they arrived quickly and we have used them 4 times so far, they have taken a bit of a thrashing from my family but still look brand new. They have lots of clever features and storage, are smooth to wheel, easy to lock and look really smart. I would not hesitate to purchase more products from this supplier.
