I would like to thank everyone at tackle fanatics i purchased a trakker tempest v2 i had its for a couple of months when i noticed a few problems a contacted them and spoke to one of their sales team and explained the problems i was having with the bivvy without any fuss i was sent a return form my bivvy was returned and three days later they contacted me to say a new bivvy had been sent out. It's a breath of fresh air too have a company who dont just take your money and wash their hands of you their customer service is second to none they delt with my return with lightning speed with no fuss and i would highly recommend them to anyone all i can say is thanks to everyone at tackle fanatics it's been a pleasure doing business with you

ordered 3 rods 2 barbel and 1 shimano spod online over the weekend..by mistake i ordered a 13ft spod rod instead of a 12ft so dropped an email asking if they could send a 12ft rod instead of the 13ft... had an email back monday morning saying the spod rods are not available until the new year... after that gave them a call to find out what was going on, the guy said he would ring me back which he duly did and told me they had dug the shimano spod rods out as they had only just arrived and that they would send a 12ft not a 13ft..next day all 3 rods arrived including a 12ft spod so was really pleased..well done TF and the barbel rods were brill at a fantastic price...

Carp tackle
Late delivery after being charged for the next day service, ordered on a Sunday received the gear on the Thursday. My wife wasted all day Tuesday waiting in for the delivery that had even been sent out. Couldn't use the bivvy with the peak because It was damaged and still waiting for the replacement part that's arriving on Wednesday. It took the buzz out of it getting new fishing with all the hassle. But I must say they are very helpful on the phone with the issues I've had.

Bought 3 of the above from this store. Went in so I could see what I was purchasing as this for me was a big investment. My only negative was that I was not acknowledged when I went in as the guy behind the counter was talking to a sales rep. The chatted for a good 10 minuets and to be honest I felt a bit ignored, given what I intended to spend, that was to me a bit disappointing. When I did get served the service was very good, polite sales guy and he new his stuff, turned out he was new to the store so maybe explains the above (hope my comment may be of use?). Price was the best I have seen in the U.K and they had plenty of stock. Well worth the 3 hour drive, would use again without hesitation.
24-12-16. Just wanted to update my previous post as unfortunately one of the spool clickers came off the spool when I changed over from braid to mono. You often find out just how good a company is when you get an issue. Tacklefanatics are first class. Not only did they replace the spool without any issue, they even sent me a paid postage returns label so it didn't cost me anything to send back. Took 3 days from posting the spool to getting a replacement. Outstanding.
