Not received yet, had paid for Evri delivery, specifically for the time slot feature of their service. Unfortunately item was sent via Parcel force, who expect you to not work and be home all day. As a consequence I am still waiting. Have diverted delivery to local PO after two delivery attempts while I eas working. I dont usually deal with companies who use parcel force/ royal mail because of the slapdash manner of their deliveries.
Dispatch seemed quick and pricing is competitive. Delivery leaves a lot to be desired, but cant blame TA for that.

A big thank you to all at tactical archery for sorting out my tenpoint bolts, they have just arrived. I know it wasn't easy to get hold of them.
Great products and very helpful staff.
I would highly recommend tactical archery, my go to shop for all things with bolts and arrows.

**DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY**
Placed an Order In November 2024 to date still nothing - No responses to Emails, Online Chats or Telephone call. No Customer Service skills and have had to claim back through my Bank. Shocking Service - Please be wary if you do place an order

Great price, and excellent service and communication from Harry.
Quick delivery and when I had a query about the courier, Harry was quick to give a response by email.

Servidmce dept eventually responded, very apologetic , did all they could to rwctify and sent out all relevant parts and some extras

Comment sectioned filled with complaints of not being able to reach anyone.... shocking aftercare

Placed an order which ended up with delivery problems but Harry got involved and sorted it out, so yes I would recommend ordering from them.

This isn’t one of your bs reviews, genuinely fantastic customer service, fast response to emails, and I’d also messed up An order so contacted them to see if could ship together , they did and refunded the second delivery charge..1000% recommend friendly and fast customer service

Ordered a new bow in the black friday sale, it never arrived.
When I asked about it, they said it had been delivered and sent me a link to a picture of somebody else's front door. Not even the right colour.

Ordered crossbow around 11:20am delivered before 9am next day, age verification straight forward, item price cheaper than competitors, very pleased with process and purchase hope to use again in the future*****

Having read some of the very negative review, I thought I would share my experience. I ordered a small pistol crossbow on a Sunday evening in October 2024. It was dispatched on Monday and delivered the next day.
I then ordered a full size crossbow about a week later. It was dispatched the same day and delivered the next day. I was extremely happy with the service on both occasions and will have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

There was a mix up with the sku of the scope i bought,, but i found Harry to be very helpful, responded to my emails within 24 hrs, I'm not sure that some of the negative reviews are entirely fair, i would use these guys again..

Bought a crossbow. Changed my mind the next day and cancelled. Sent an email, no response, used live chat, no response. Called everyday, no answer. Sent message on Facebook with only an automated response. Still not had a refund, can’t get hold of anyone so I’ve raised a dispute with my credit card provider and they said they’d sort it for me. Tactical Archery are clearly a bunch of scammers. Normally when a company ignores you to this degree, it’s because they’re going into liquidation but don’t quote me on that. Stay away from this company.

I did have some issues with some items being missing from a bundle which was told I would be getting them sent out, after that there wasn't any further communication so I originally left a lower review due to that, I have since been emailed by the company who said they had been waiting for stock and they have since then sent out the items I hadn't received plus some additional targets and a spare string so thank you for rectifying the issue! Have edited my review and star rating to reflect the resolved issue!

Placed an order on an in stock item on 15/08/24 expecting it to be delivered next day or day after. Nothing delivered, no updates other than order confirmation. I have tried ringing up, nobody answers and you can’t leave a message. I have tried a typed message through their get in touch page last week asking to cancel the order if there’s a problem getting it, this has been ignored, tried ringing today still not answering.Time to raise a complaint through my bank and get my money back that way, do not buy from this company

customer service has been late getting back but finally belayed any fears promising delivery tomorrow grateful to trust pilot and Tactical Archery for the reply will update review after delivery to help Trust Pilot help consumers

Cant get hold of anyone by phone, chat or email. No sign of my delivery or tracking info either. UPDATE all now received and resolved by Harry. Thank you

Excellent Customer Service. Placed an order on Thursday morning, it had arrived by 3:30 PM Friday afternoon (Next Day).
