You did a great job on my enquiry about health and community services which gives me a thought of doing it but I don’t like the idea of online study and I prefer to do it in the area where I live. Thank you so much for your emails and I am greatly appreciate of your assistance.

I was contacted by TAFE. Was at a meeting and I asked if they could call me back in 15 mts. They asked if I could be contacted in an hour which I happily concented to. No call since.

I found the site easy to use and helpful, and the staff is eager to help.

Great experience, my enquiry was redirected from TAFE to Hader Institute of Education. I received all the information about the course the next day. Jake ( course advisor ) was absolutely friendly .He answered all my questions and organised an orientation call for me . I look forward to start my certificate IV in Community Services in the coming weeks.

All I can say is not enough support was given to me by teachers I was given informational on how receive help which was via email . Favouritism exhibited by teacher's to star students. A free course now is costing $1080 via Oten to complete last two modules. They really don't care unrealustic deadlines, No support from teachers only demands. Unless your a favourite student n say yes sir no sir three bags full sir

Initially got a great girl on the phone explaining the course I was interested in, then it all went downhill from here. Over a dozen emails and numerous phone calls, I still wasn’t enrolled or explained to how pay properly for an online course. Communication between TAFE online & face to face is appalling. Worst experience of my life, ended up going elsewhere!

Do your research before signing up to a course through this provider!! I asked if they do government funding for a particular course and they said NO but offered a payment plan. I then went to the actual tafe QLD website and was offered government funding for the exact business administration course saving over $3000 so my entire course is only around $600 now. I was actually confused and enquired thinking this was tafe qld which it’s not. So definitely check with other sites you might put yourself into unnecessary debt they’re not going to tell you when it’s a business.

Easy to use but in terms of finding the course you want and who offers it, don't think the site is as user friendly as it's predecessors

No one called to follow up any enquires or talk through the application process. Was waiting for a call all week after it stated I would receive one upon filling in my enquiry details. Left disappointed.

This is an oblique and confusing search function. You think its a TAFE course but end up landing somewhere else, usually unwanted.

the trainer was excellent
only one glitch with support and to do with re-setting of peoples logins, due to my staff more so than to Hero HQ however, the login issue was a concern.

All I want to do is enroll in a government funded Diploma in HR, There are just too many of these automated things that just slow the process down. I want immediate results, not muck around. I need to enrol, I have completed my CERT IV in HR and want to move on... thats all I want

After having a call with james, I have never felt so sure on my education plan!! I feel less stressed out about my tafe diploma and about my future!

This site is NOT TAFE.
It's some kind of broker for private RTO providers, or a luring front for one RTO. You get no govt rebate/concession through them. You pay full price for courses. As previous reviewers have said, they use high-pressure tactics, try and keep you on the line until you sign a contract they immediately send through to you, and once you do, you only have a 5 day cooling off period - And forfeit $370 for 'admin fees' regardless of this period. By ACCC standards this site is misleading and taking money illegally (a provider can't keep any of your money during a cooling-off period). So BE WARNED: DON'T SIGN.
