Sadly the gorgeous dress I ordered didn’t fit as expected, but the customer service was amazing when discussing the method of how to return the goods.
The Customer Service Team (Jen) was so quickly at responding, so kind and very helpful.
She personally checked that my return made it’s way to their warehouse and processed my refund.

The dress was okay
The dress was okay, however it was not my size so I wanted to exchange. They couldn’t help me with the return procedure as “they are a small business” 🤦🏻♀️.

Sorry to hear that you were inconvenienced during the return of your item. We gladly offer exchanges for another size, however this would still mean that our customers would have to return the unwanted item to us themselves and that we would then ship out a new size with free delivery. If you have recently returned your item and not yet been processed for the refund just send us an email and let us know that you prefer to be sent another size and we would gladly do so with free delivery. At the moment you have only requested a refund for the existing order.
The reason we can't unfortunately offer free returns (even for exchanges) is because we are still setting up procedures to make this possible. That is why we explain that we are a small business and hope to have this service available for you in the future. We explain this under our returns section on our website.
We hope you will give us a try again in the future and again apologies for any further inconvenience.

Pretty dress, good customer service.
Pretty speedy delivery, and the dress I bought was very good quality. There was a personalised handwritten note in with the dress too and it was packaged nicely. Would definitely purchase from them again.
