Much better than My Pillow brand

I love this pillow! I replaced my My Pillow with the Talatex pillow because I got sick of always having to plump up the My Pillow several times during the night to get the support I needed.
The Talatex pillow is soft and holds its shape, supporting my head and neck perfectly. I now sleep much better! I would highly recommend it!

Also, it arrived in a timely manner. Much sooner than I anticipated!

If there was a 'no star' option I would…

If there was a 'no star' option I would have selected that. After making my purchase I received a tracking number, upon checking it was delivered to the other side of the country. I contacted the company who said it was a mistake with the tracking number so they sent me another, which showed they hadn't even sent my purchase. Nearly a month later as I am still waiting for my items, I decided to get a refund however the company do not respond to calls or emails. Deeply disappointed, and would not recommend to anyone else.

Refund Request

I sent a request for a refund on Feb. 8 and here it is Feb. 16 and have not heard anything back at all from the company. I thought that I would have heard something back by now, it's been over a week.

Lack of response: customer services

I have been trying to contact customer services for 3 days to arrange an exchange of one of the items I ordered. The phone line constantly has a message saying that the phone I am trying to reach is not able to accept calls! I’ve also e mailed but again, 3 days later, no response. I’ve also completed an online enquiry form: no reply. Very poor (currently non existent) customer ‘service’.

Ignore you when things go wrong

I ordered 2 standard pillows, they arrived very small. The company sent me a return label after agreeing they were small/faulty. I sent them back they have had them a week, and they are now ignoring me... I see this has happened to someone else too..
Customer service is terrible.. The pillows are of amazing quality but VERY small. they should clearly state the size so you know it's not a standard pillow.

I am hoping my bank can help me with a refund if these Cowboys dont respond

UPDATE 16TH FEB- After message and calling them on whatsapp i finally got reply, after i asked shall i contact my bank. Said they had refunded me and would be 3 days, and they are upgrading the customer service... Lets hope this is the end of it. They really need to respond to customers to keep you reassured.

Bad customer service

The company emailed me a return label and I returned the parcel but now the company will not respond to the emails I have sent about my refund. i am very disappointed with the service.

Pillows are firmer than they say the…

Pillows are firmer than they say they are the sizing is very strange standard queen and king so hard to decide what size pillow you actually need to get , have to pay to return the pillow you do get your money back but takes multiple emails to send before you get a reply

AVOID AVOID AVOID Faulty pillow and ignoring my messages

Faulty pillow and ignoring my messages. On the 16/01/24 I informed Talatex that a pillow I bought for nearly £80 was faulty, it is lumpy on one end and thin on the other end. I sent loads of photos to prove this and they said they would replace the pillow to which I agreed to. Since then they have not done anything, not answered my messages and I know they have seen them on whatsapp. I`ve tried ringing them on whatsapp and the phone just rings out and they NEVER answer. If you ring the number on their website it says this number is not accepting calls!
The customer service is disgusting I wish I had never deal with them. I would not recommend going anywhere near this company, when the pillows are sent out they are rolled up into the smallest box possible and never fully regain shape. AVIOD

Ordered latex topper & 2 pillows. The pillows arrived but not mattress topper. No idea if or when it will arrive. Difficult to make contact with seller - this seems to be the only way of contacting them. Raised dispute through PayPal.

I like my new pillows albeit I would…

I like my new pillows albeit I would have liked them a lot firmer… They still have that latex smell but I’m sure that will wear off soon. My biggest problem is where do I get pillowcases to fit. I bought XL pillows and XL pillowcases and my pillows are totally lost in the pillowcases… I would like to know if you could recommend where I can get pillowcases to fit your pillows
