They have a convenient and effective platform. From booking of the session to the actual session, there are timely reminders sent via email. During a technical issue on a weekend, the team was able to respond promptly and rectify the error. The system is also easy to navigate. My therapist, Aparna has also been very helpful in this journey of self-discovery.

The counsellor was really great and warm! I could tell she was experienced in the field because she knew exactly what I was going through and it felt good that she had read up on what I was going through and what I was expecting through this, she was very well prepared! I Have Been Struggling With Many Issues For Many Years & Refused To Open Up To Anyone. After 3 Sessions With Mr Jude My Perspectives Changed & I Started To Look At Myself & People Very Differently As Compared To When I Was In A Very Bad Space All By Myself. It's still early, as I've only had two sessions so far, but even in the short time, I've started to feel a bit better. Tarin listens with care, and being able to share openly with her has helped lighten the emotional weight I've been carrying. I know there's still a journey ahead, but I'm thankful for the support she has given and hopeful about continuing the process.

Rathi is a very open and communicative therapist. She is patient while providing a safe space for me to talk about my experience. At the same time, she is clear about her objectives for what we do and the homework she assigns every session, helping me understand how it helps towards my recovery as a trauma patient. I've had multiple sessions with Nur Syazera. From the start, she was insightful but also firm in challenging my thoughts. I think it was what I needed to help me move forward. I've booked her on the same day when I'm feeling anxious (if she's available) and she usually would be able to spot that I'm in distress without having me share much. :)

I appreciate that there are many choices for clients to consider and choose. If a therapist doesn’t work out, there are others to go for. Currently, I am trying out another therapist and it has been going well for 3 sessions. The reason why it is not 5 stars is due to a bad experience I had, leading me to not use TYHO for awhile before getting back now and me still having any significant progress yet with the current therapist.
