Supportive therapist, able to communicate freely
I recently had the pleasure of working with Edmund for relationship counselling, and I have to say that it was an incredibly positive experience. Edmund was empathetic and understanding, and he helped my partner and I resolve communication issues that had been causing a lot of tension in our relationship.
What I appreciated most about him was his ability to listen carefully and provide practical advice that we could apply in our daily lives and communication exercises that helped us understand each other better. He was never judgmental or dismissive, and he always made us feel heard and valued.
The therapist was friendly and kind, she listened attentively while occasionally taking notes. The session was structured but the conversation flowed freely. She also provided some questions for me to reflect on beyond the session.
Expert therapist equipped with great skills and exercises to help regulate the mind. Good listener and was a great help!
I've been counselling with Ada for almost a year. The healing journey is like roller coaster, with ups and downs. Sometimes I might not feel like having any counseling session, sometimes I need it more than once a week. There is a lot of navigation. Yet, I am allowed to have all the space and time I need. I feel fully accepted and respected, while at the same time there is positive and professional guidance from my counsellor. Counsellor has sometimes been like light tower in darkness. I am glad I've met one that has helped me so much when I am walking my journey.
Able to connect with therapist and got different perspectives to deal and face with issues
Talk Your Heart Out is a convenient and user-friendly platform for finding a therapist and booking sessions. I can pick from a calendar showing the dates and times my chosen therapist is available, and rescheduling is hassle-free.
My therapist Beena has been instrumental in helping me deal with issues that had been bothering me for years, and she continues to support me through a difficult work situation I'm currently facing. I would really be struggling without her guidance and support.
Lenca Yew has helped me so much! Things are so much clearer and I'm able to have a happier future!
Caroline is a perceptive and really kind person. Beyond just being a great active listener, I have found her exercises and "homework" to be helpful and meaningful in working through problems I am currently facing. Would highly recommend her to anybody looking for help.
Beena is a great therapist, and more than this she, is a great listener and is very patient. I really enjoy my sessions with Beena.
Alicia has undoubtedly improved my life - through gentle questions, she invites me to challenge my own thoughts and beliefs. I have always felt increasingly empowered after every session. Overall, my quality of life, as well as my inner mind has improved considerably and I am really grateful.
Tarin has been incredible.
She provides a safe place for me to be vulnerable yet affirms me in the areas I've done well. She is not afraid to tell me as it is while providing me with coping tools should a similar experience happens again. Her empathy eased my ability to continue unpack the trauma I've been dealing with. Thank you Tarin.
Therapist Punitha is very warm and welcoming. Very empathetic and good listener. Gave sound advice on how to manage anxiety/stress.
