The Talyllyn Railway is the Worlds First Preserved Railway. Running continuously since 1865, the railway runs from Tywyn to Abergynolwyn in Southern Snowdonia.

A birthday treat

Very pleased with Stuart who booked our trip for us. He was polite, considerate and helpful. A credit to Talyllyn. He explained our trip and didn’t give me the hard sell. We are looking forward to the trip. See you on 9th December.

Christmas card approval..

Just very pleased to once again be able to buy Christmas cards from the railway. These are sent to all of my friends and earlier customers in the miniature railway world here in Norway and the cards are a very welcome entity for the receivers at Christmas time judging by their comments. The cards are also very reasonable compared to Norwegian ones...
