We travelled from Wiltshire, on a Sunday specifically to look at an MX 5. We had not made an appointment, just turned up! Sam was amazing! The cars' battery was flat and needed jump starting, then nothing worked properly as the power was low! Sam sent us away for lunch for an hour while the car sorted itself! A test drive was completed and we decided it was the car for us. Sam was kind, patient with our questions and provided a top class, professional service. He was a joy to deal with and made the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you, Sam, the car performed beautifully all the way home, full of the legendary Mazda fun!☺️☺️☺️

My experience with the purchase of my Tesla was fault free. Sam was very helpful and provided a first class service in the purchase and trade in of my vehicle. His communication was excellent from my initial contact, walk around video and onto the purchase. He provided me with updates and the vehicle arrived on time and more importantly as described.

Dealt with Sam Y, very helpful and efficient from the first call. Vast difference to the other traders I dealt with recently, only reason I decided to accept their offer. Inspection video and follow on service were excellent. Recommended.

Lovely experience buying our new vehicle and part exchanging our old one. We found all staff cheerful and friendly especially Elliot Howells who dealt with us through the whole process. He was extremely helpful , clear and informative and made the whole transaction easy and stress free.

Just bought a Skoda Karoq from Tangelo. I was looked after by both Luke and Sam. The level of service was excellent as was communication. All extra work asked for on the car was carried out to high standard and fully documented. Car was exactly as described and the purchase experience was painless and not pushy in any way. Shopped around for a new car, we knew the type we wanted and found a few different places to contact. Tangelo’s service was brilliant compared to others from start to finish. Luke dealt with our enquiry and sorted out the paper work. Also spoke to Emma and another salesperson who was covering at the time. All very polite and respectful, felt well looked after. Reasonable during negotiation. Delivery of car was arranged quickly and the driver Pat who brought the car was very professional and kind. Made sure we were completely happy before leaving.

Overall very impressed and would recommend to others.

I recently purchased a Audi S3 from Tangelo and the customer service from Tom was fantastic and he is a asset to the company but whoever prepared the car failed to check the car over as the oil coolant and brake fluid was all on minimum and should be checked and topped up before collection also the car had white marks all over it from the paint protection that was applied at a extra cost if I new it would’ve been like that I wouldn’t of added paint protection.

I received great advice and help when recently purchasing my new VW Golf. Great service from test driving the vehicle to driving it away a week later.
Luke was very helpful and knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout.

Well …….. don’t know where to begin!!

Our first experience of Tangelo and buying a car on line, Peter and I were extremely cautious and sceptical about spending so much money without physically seeing the car.

However ……. What a truly fabulous experience. Tom Davies our consultant was absolutely fantastic in every sense.

From the initial phone conversation Tom explained and talked us through Tangelo its market place and the assurance on an arm’s length purchase.

Suffice it to say our “deal” was done whilst we were looking after 7 of our Grandchildren, initially in the park then on the way to the pictures to watch Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!!!! Tom was so patient and understanding it was brilliant with a number of laughs along the way.

The detailed video of the car we were potentially buying was unbelievable, in as much that the detail that Tom went into was far better than actually physically seeing it in a showroom.

Thereafter, Tom was on hand for anything we were unsure about, his attention to detail, professionalism, knowledge and courtesy was second to none.

Finally on the day of arrival our wonderful red Mercedes SLC arrived driven by a wonderful gentleman called Andrew who was booted and suited and extremely professional.

So ……. ANYONE who may be in doubt of buying from Tamgelo take our word for it please. It’s a most wonderful and enjoyable experience and there’s no pressure whatsoever from Tom who will definitely deserves to go far in the company.

I was looking for an almost new Volkswagen ID3 and Tangelo had three cars with just delivery mileage, registered in Jan 2023, all at a great price. But they are in Exeter, I am in London. But they dealt with a remote sale very well and extremely reassuringly. Rory was great, very helpful, and all the arrangements went well. Transferring all the cash to them before getting the car was a bit un-nerving - my bank app asked all sorts of questions and I was left wondering "am i doing the right thing?", but everything went smoothly, definitely above board, and the car was delivered on time by a very helpful driver, Martin, who gave me a very good demonstration of the car, before going off to catch his train back to Exeter. The car was brand new and exactly as we'd seen from the video demonstration.
There was a hubcap missing from one wheel. Rory and I sorted that out with my local VW dealer, Tangelo paid for the hubcap, and I had it fitted today.
So a good overall purchase, and well done Tangelo

An ethical company that are certainly customer based.
I dealt with Julian Hore who was excellent. Good product knowledge and from my first phone call to after the sale I experienced genuine enthusiasm and unfailing courtesy.
Also Tangelo appear to source the better end of the used car market.
