Can not say enough for these guys, I purchased my E class from them. Noticed a couple of issues once purchased the vehicle and they were happy to rectify the problem.

Costumer services was awesome from start to finish and Kaydee was brilliant who dealt with the sale. After sales perfect.

Thanks to whole team for making our purchase seamless.

I feel the pre sale service was good but the post sale was poor. There were also issues with the vehicle not previously disclosed.

After sales is shocking I’m absolutely applauded by lack of customer service, so therefore won’t be recommending this garage so I’d avoid future dealings!! Advice is go elsewhere with your business.

Fin was our sales rep for the sale of our car. Great interaction. Good sense of humour. Informative. Did his best to help us through the whole process. Would definitely purchase a car from here again.

Bought an Audi S5 back in October from tangelo.
When the car was received there were 3 issues we notified them about:

1 It stank really badly of dog
2 It had a broken heated mirror
3 It had a broken door light

Upon contacting them about this we were told the sales man who sold us the car would contact us to arrange to get it looked at asap.

2 months passed and NOTHING.
We then had to ring in to ask for an update to which we were told he would contact us.

We then got a text stating that if we take the car to any VAT registered garage we could then claim the costs back on the warranty.

We did this - were charged £300+ for the repair work on the mirror only to be told it’s not covered by the warranty.

Upon checking in more detail we could see the light wouldn’t be covered either so decided to wait for tangelo themselves to sort it out.

A further couple of months and no contact, so we decide to message and ask can we please have this dog smell sorted out & the light sorted.

We’re told yes that fine we will get back to you.

We then heard nothing. So we decided to go into the garage in person and ask if they can please give use the service we were promised. We were reassured that we would hear back from them soon. WE HEARD NOTHING.

A further month and a half later we visit the garage in person again to ask the same thing. which we are then told not to worry and we will be contacted soon. WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING.

The car was bought in October it’s is now mid July.

We did not want to leave such a bad review as we were being patient - we know how busy life can get at times but enough is enough.

We want:

To be compensated for our mirror repair

The smell of dog to be sorted out

The light in the door to be fixed.

Enough is quite literally enough.

Easy purchase, no heavy sell

I recently bought a car from Tangelo's Plymouth branch, from Steve, and overall, it was a pretty solid experience. Steve was friendly, professional, and knew his stuff when it came to the car I was looking at. He was patient with my questions which made the whole process much more relaxed.

Nothing stood out as an issue really and I appreciated that he was thorough with explaining all the details and making sure I understood the terms.
As I was distance buying, it was important that I felt confident in what I was being sold, so the personalised video and clear info was paramount.
Steve arranged a convenient and reasonably priced delivery, which also helped.

I’m happy with the car and feel confident that I can go back to Steve/Tangelo if any issues arise (although I hope they don't).

Overall, a good experience!

Tangelo provided great customer service making me and my partner feel very comfortable. It was our first experience purchasing a car from a garage and we would definitely do it again due to this experience. Steve was a very knowledgeable salesman and made us confident in the car we had bought.

Kirsty and the whole team have been fantastic. I wouldn’t normally buy a car long distance but Kirsty’s incredible customer care and tenacity in finding the right deal along doing things with a customer focus meant I decided to go ahead with Tangelo. Despite some small snagging issues prior to delivery (as to be expected with used vehicles), I was kept up to date and Kirsty worked hard to provide a top class experience.
A big thanks to Rob the driver who brought my my car in the evening, arriving at 9pm. He was a pleasure to speak with and was the cherry on top for the whole experience. Thank you so much to the Tangelo team.

From start to finish I couldn’t fault the service I received! The car I wanted to see was not available on-site but Kirsty went above & beyond and I later returned went for a test drive and bought it! Amazing after care service,I was so happy with the quality of service I was provided particularly by Kirsty who is an absolute asset to the company.

I have just changed my car with Tangelo and found the service to be very good.Steve Bunt the salesman was very easy to deal with and had the car ready for me with plenty of fuel in it for a good test drive.I hope this service continues.

Purchasing a car from Tangelo Exeter was an absolute breeze right from the first call with Alex who knew the vehicle inside and out, sending me a short video tour and answering any questions I had along with a open and honest overview in the follow up call. Once i had bought the vehicle, all the follow up admin through to arranging delivery was handled professionally and promptly by Mollie. The freshly valeted car was delivered on time by Anthony where the vehicle was explained and all the handover paperwork completed. Great car, exactly as described, really good condition and drives perfectly. Less than a week from initial call to it sitting on my drive from 200 miles away. It's always a risk buying a car online and one you haven't test driven, but my experience of the team at Tangelo has been nothing but positive and I can thoroughly recommend them.

Just purchased a Mazda CX5 from Tangelo Exeter. First class sales people who made the experience so enjoyable. Michael Graham knew that I was looking for a CX5 and when one was traded in to the Plymouth site he immediately contacted me and arranged for the car to be transferred to Exeter, and the rest is history. Also would like to mention Alice who sorted it all out seamlessly, and they genuinely want happy customers.
Can only highly recommend using this car dealership if you want a top quality car and buying experience.

Welcoming, polite and helpful from the young lady on reception to the salesmen Mitchell and Jacob and the manager. All in all a good experience and the presentation on pick up was fabulous. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Great stuff guys.

Very comfortable and very easy trade in on my car for my new car. Luke was very nice and easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Luke was not available on collection of my car but Rory was very helpful and again it was very easy.
