We purchased two bedside tables
We purchased two bedside tables. It took an engineer 4 hours to assemble one. We wished to return the unopened carton of the other one and waited ages for response. They refused to refund the money for the unopened one, didn't reply to numerous emails. Finally we will take action through legal resources to claim our money back. I will never buy anything from this company again.

I had purchased three products more than two weeks ago and until now it haven’t been delivered yet, I emailed them but no reply and you could not even call them and the tracker seems not accurate.I’m thinking this site might be a scam or not legit at all because there is no one to communicate with and know the update of the product that you paid for.

Ordered a 'Heavy Duty BBQ'
Recieved refund after a long back and forth, the below review still stands.
Ordered a 'Heavy Duty BBQ' from their site during the sales.
Received the product with a damaged panel. The product itself was super flimsy and thin, like a cheap flatpack BBQ.
I asked for a full refund straight away, as I genuinely was disappointed with the product even if it were fully intact.
They replied with an offer to exchange the part without even acknowledging that I asked for a refund.
I sent another super nice email explaining that I wanted to return the item, that I had folded it neatly back into the box and have not heard back. It's been 4 days.
Called them today, but conveniently 'our phone lines are getting upgraded'.
Tanstella is a scam, their items are poor quality and they will not refund you.

You can find my missing part to my order being the umbrella i emailed 5 times and only received a response once I stated yesterday that I will post this site is a scam! No response from the transport company your consent said yesterday that the delivery will be soon really! Why wasn’t both parts delivered together! I think I’m being stringed along here why don’t you have a phone number to call! As mentioned either deliver what I ordered or give me a refund as I won’t let this go!

The greenhouse I purchased was very fiddly to assemble and to frail to stay in tact even when all of the panels were installed. The spring clips really let me down, as the polycarbonate flexed the clips sprang out and the panels came off in a light wind. Your product is not robust enough

An easy refund
On Tuesday 5th November 2024 I purchased an Electric Treadmill 400mm Incline, LCD Display, 12 Programs - Everfit for $457.42 so I could keep fit and lose weight in the comfort of my own home. On Friday 8th November 2024 I cancelled it for a refund due to it not having a tablet holder so it was extremely nice of them to do the refund since it was my first purchase without charging me the restocking fee.
