The product I needed at the best price I could find, delivered promptly.

I bought a pair of bath and sink taps and a shower head with chrome hose and I couldn't believe that it was £130 cheaper than in the big DIY outlet! They are exactly the same products and the whole process took just a few minutes. They arrived within a couple of days and I'm delighted with them.

We ordered a new sink and tap for our kitchen. We found TapOutlet had an excellent range of products, including the highly reputable brands with good prices. They delivered within a couple of days, quicker than stated time for the standard free delivery. All in all, an excellent service. Many thanks.

I ordered a Grohe shower mixer on express delivery on the 10/3 and no show so I called to be told "oh sorry we made a mistake it was out of stock". So after 8 days from my order I have had no email or call to make me aware of this and if I hadnt of called them i still would not of known. I have had a plumber in all last week refitting my bathroom who I will now have to pay an extra day to come and fit a shower that should of been here last Wednesday at the latest. Very poor customer service and clearly an inept e-commerce management system. If you are working to a schedule shop elsewhere.update product won't be available till April but happy to give me a full refund. How helpful !!!!!! No offer of alternative. This has to be the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Avoid them unless your a fan of stress.

One month for a box of 'O' Rings. Although the staff we spoke to were polite and helpful, nobody was able to expedite our order. Further, the out of stock item remained on the web site with no notice of the long lead time.

This is the first time i've bought from Tapoutlet. I received the items i ordered quicker than i expected and installed them without a hitch due to them being of excellent quality, and all at a really good price. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Found excellent Pegler taps - stylish, and durable, I hope, for a good price with no extra charge for p&p at Tap Outlet. They arrived within a week, so a good service.

The web site was easy to find your way around & use as I know what tap I wanted. I ordered it and paid for it using standard delivery and it arrived within the 3 days they said it would.

The quality of the goods ordered was first class but having paid for express delivery it took a week to arrive. The company were quick to reimburse my delivery costs.

Ordered a tap and it was delivered within two days. The next order was also delivered promptly and the top brand name tap was much cheaper than other well known outlets. Even my plumber was surprised with the price difference.

We ordered 1700mm and 700mm bath panels which were delivered within four working days. The delivery was left with a neighbour and when we collected it the 700mm was fine but only a broken (150mm) piece of the 1700mm panel had been delivered. Presumably the remainder is being carried around somewhere by a less than bright UPS driver (the courier). On calling Tapoutlet we spoke to Tyra who asked us to send an image of the broken piece. She was extremely helpful and apologetic and immediately ordered another panel with free delivery and refunded the delivery cost of the original order. WE await it's delivery but can't fault Tapoutlet for an issue they had no control / influence over.

This was a simple purchase. Goods are quality and the cheapest I found on the internet(Ideal Standard tap and sink) and delivered within the time they had given. The email sent from Home Outlet with the tracking link was very useful and reassuring when I was waiting for the arrival of my first purchase from this company. If every transaction with them is like this I will use them again.

Perfect service - most unusual!!
