Taprobane Travel Reviews 

I've been meaning to write this review for a while but forgot about it until recently (which is why I am writing this now). I won a voucher for this company in a pub quiz in Onehunga, Auckland, NZ in 2022, it said it had a value of $135 which could be redeemed upon booking. The voucher clearly stated the owner of said voucher was "a lucky winner - Waiheke Island day tour." However, when I called to redeem it, I was told I had to organize my own group of friends to book a tour and could not simply join an existing group. This felt very misleading — essentially a tactic to get me to convince a group of my friends to pay several hundred dollars each so that I (the owner of this "winner voucher") could claim a “free” spot in the tour I would have to organise myself. Very disappointing experience and frankly felt like a scam.

My first experience booking with Taprobane Travel.
Kamini dealt with my travel needs with minimum of fuss! Very good inter-personal skills and communications. Completed all my flight bookings efficiently and competently.
A delightful experience andI have no hesitancy in entrusting my future travel needs with her.

I have been using Taprobane travel for nearly 30+years for travel and I only can write that you will never find a place place to book your holiday travel. I find that service I received was excellent.Lucky and Karmani are excellent and very polite people.

I have had the pleasure of being a Taprobane customer for very many years (since around 1986) each and every occasion is a delight. Customer service is friendly, professional and enthusiastic, even when making several last minute changes it feels as though you can hear the smile through the telephone line despite the additional work being created.

Kamini and the team have consistently assisted and supported me and always speedily respond to emails or telephone messages whether at home or abroad. I have the confidence that I can pick up the telephone and my travel will be arranged and tickets promptly sent.
