Cancelamos nuestro vuelo de San Luis Potosí a Puerto Vallarta y lo primero que supimos fue cuando llegamos al aeropuerto para reservar. Nos dijeron que el vuelo fue cancelado 2 días antes pero la aerolínea no se comunicó con nosotros para informarnos. El agente de facturación nos dijo que el próximo vuelo saldría 2 días después, pero tampoco podían garantizar que este vuelo saldría. En consecuencia, perdimos la noche en el hotel de Puerto Vallarta y tuvimos que comprar un nuevo boleto que nos costó 3 veces más. Hemos estado intentando recuperar nuestro dinero durante casi un mes, pero la aerolínea ya no responde a los correos electrónicos.
TOTAL ESTAFADORES NO USAN!!!!
Cancelled our flight from San Luis Potosi to Puerto Vallarta, and the first thing we knew about it was when we arrived at the airport to book in. We were told that the flight was cancelled 2 days previously, but the airline did not contact us to let us know. We were told by the check-in agent that the next flight was 2 days later, but they could not guarantee that this flight would go either. Consequently, we lost the night in the hotel in Puerto Vallarta and we had to purchase a new ticket which cost us 3 times more. Been trying to get our money back for nearly a month now, but the airline has now stopped responding to emails.
