I’m always curious to try new skincare products in order to see if price makes a difference — after doing some looking into Tatcha, I had seen so many wonderful reviews that I thought I’d give it a try. I went for the starter ritual kit which included 5 travel-sized products for $68. The first few days using it, my skin felt soft, smooth, and had this wonderful glow... But now after using it for almost a week, it’s not working as well — I’m not sure if my skin is used to it or it’s needs have changed? Regardless of that, while it is a nice line that doesn’t irritate my skin, I’m not really sure it’s worth that much money if it’s not going to consistently give me the same results after repeated use. This is just my personal experience though, and if you have some money to splurge I’d encourage you to give it a try (the starter kit) and see how it works for you.

I was recommended the rice wash and dewy cream for my dry skin by a tatcha representative. My skin is clear yet very dry. I tried this method and it BROKE ME OUT REALLY BAD. I GOT ACNE EVERYDAY AFTER WEARING THIS PRODUCT..i have never had not even one ACNE STAGE my teens or on my days. I messaged tatcha and they wanted the products returned for a solution. Hello we are in a pandemic?? How would u take this in return back?? I had clearly told them i was detected with covid 19 so i had to get rid of ALL MY SKINCARE, AND CARE UTILITIES, i had contact with... They still didnt care. I had posted this review on their website but i dnt see it. How funny??? I will never recommend this. Overpriced and HORRIBLE FOR DRY SKIN!

I was very excited to try this product. I bought the set kit. Rather than helping it made my face worse. Was very disappointed:(

The only reason I can't make myself give this company a five-star review is because their products -while outstanding- are a bit pricey and the company does not offer many discount sales.
I only wished I could afford more of their high-quality serums and creams, especially because I have sensitive skin. Maybe Tatcha should explore packaging their products less elegantly and pass the savings on to the customer.
Until then, I will keep on using their cleansing products and their make up line, albeit sparingly.

Using Tatcha full range products, I had an intense bacteria infection and irritation. Actually I'm under antibiotics and treatment
My face is disgusting.

The customer service has by far been the BEST customer service I've ever received over the phone. I was unsure which Tatcha Skincare set to purchase for my skin and my customer service rep went above and beyond to explain each and every product to me, and made sure he had a clear understanding of my skin history so he could recommend the perfect skincare set. I'm so satisfied with this experience! I believe his name was Simon :)

Tatcha is amazing! I ordered a set from them and one bottle was leaking when I opened it so I sent them an email Saturday night. Fast forward to today, Tuesday, I received a new bottle in my mailbox! It made me so happy I decided to give a review and I never give reviews! Thank you Tatcha for your superb customer service.

Awful customer service and overpriced products!

I buy my skincare from their website and have had the best customer service experiences. Really top rate company.

I started using TATCHA per my wife's suggestion, and I am happy I did. My skin has not felt this soft in a long time.

I've tried tons of other products and none of them give me the results I'm seeing after using products from Tatcha. My friends are noticing, too. I have less redness and my skin looks more even. I never thought I'd like an oil cleanser but I love theirs. I'm a loyal customer!

I have been using Tatcha for about 6 months now. I really love this brand, like another reviewer said, the moment you open the box, you know this is a fantastic product. I use the whitening serum, the lip balm, the silk moisturizer and the moisture masks, which are currently my very favorite item from their line.
The creams are silky, lightly fragrant and absorbed well in the skin. Makes my morning routine easy!
I only wish they had a richer line for drier skin. My skin is super dry and not many brands really cater for my type. I am keeping fingers crossed because more products are coming out and I am really looking forward to testing them!

I was given the Tatcha Starter Kit as a Christmas gift. I was excited to try this ,even though I just recently started using another skincare set ,mainly for wrinkles. As soon as I started applying Tatcha I felt the difference in how my skin felt and look. A patient and a physician noticed and asked me what I am using for my skin. I told them about TATCHA . The one step Camillia cleanser is very smooth .The Rice Enzyme Powder instantly dissolves on my wet skin ! Both the Deep Brightening Serum and Silk Cream are amazing ,not greasy at all. I love this product !!!!

I used to have a complicated medley of products across different brands and price points. Then I started using the Tatcha ritual set, and have since been using it exclusively (plus a little eye cream). At first, I thought the four step process was just too many steps. But after using Tatcha, I realized that it was the fastest way to great skin, obviating any need for blemish cream to heal break outs, or night creams, or toner, etc. It's actually much simpler now. I use the product, my skin glows -- no more break outs, no more clogged pores. My make-up looks great too, and I don't need as much of it because the tone of my skin is already pretty even and blemish-free. I highly recommend the ritual set (especially the brightening serum), or at least the starter kit to test the products out before springing for the full set.

I've only used the products for a week and I've noticed a remarkable difference. My sister even asked me about my skincare. She said my skin look so smooth. I would recommend Tatcha skincare to anybody.

Christmas came early for me! I was lucky enough to receive a gift of Tatcha products, and it was love at first use!! I particularly recommend the deep brightening serum, (my personal fave), the camellia cleansing oil, and the revitalizing eye cream. I thought I had decent skin to begin with, but I had no idea how much better it could become. By following the simple and easy Tatcha regimen, I have uncovered a youthful radiance that is truly amazing. Several people have commented that I have a porcelain doll complexion, and a lady actually stopped me in a department store and asked me what products I use on my face. She made me write it down for her. Thank you, Tatcha!!!

With full disclosure that I'm a little biased as my sister is a part of the Tatcha family, I have to share that I'm a huge fan of the product simply because it works well for my skin. I've always had mixed success with skincare products and, honestly, as a guy I just care about avoiding the occasional blemish and not having to worry about my face otherwise. I think this does a great job of that and I'd recommend the enzyme rice powder for anybody!

I recently tried the kirakira set and i absolutely love it! My skin feels so refreshed and silky smooth! Even my colleagues mentioned that my skin looked radiant! :) This was a very good trial run for me to start with the Kirakira set. I will definitely buy the full size products!
