tate oil i have been using 5 years now and i have to be honnest they are thee best fuel people have used over my 15 years in my job,
and if i email Tammi or carl nothing is to much trouble for them to arrange.

I’ve used Tate Oil for the last 4/5 years. Always extremely helpful. Text before delivery. Think Ion delivers to me. Always a happy chap. Would be great to have an alert when Oil prices drop for future reference then I can fill up at a lower price. Pay monthly and it helps spread the cost.

Really fast and efficient service from Matty and everyone at Tate Oil, the driver was extremely happy and friendly, great company!

I have used Taitoil for 10+ years
the service is not as it was. I booked a delivery with tait oil for 1000 litres. They texted on the 27th Dec confirming delivery 28th. On the 28th I called and asked for delivery time, they called back and said between 12 and 2 that day. I waited. I had to book a cab to get my son to lincoln station as his train was due 1.30 and I did not want to miss the oil delivery. At 1.45 Taitoil texted me saying I had a delivery booked for the next day. I called them but no answer as apprently they closed at 2. No oil arrived.
The next day the oil arrived at 7.30. I called Tait and asked why they couldn't have called me to say the first delivery was cancelled? The response that they have no control over drivers. The driver probably got to the end of his shift and went home. Taitoil said the solution was for me to leave keys in future so they can access my property, then I wouldn't have to wait! No apology. Who in their right mind leaves their property and their oil tanks vulnerable?

Having been let down by another company. I tried Tate Oil and they were brilliant. Great prices, no hidden charges unlike the brokers and most importantly delivered to promised dates.
Carl at Tate was extremely helpful and professional in helping to expedite my delivery to avoid a risk of running out. Fully recommend Tate Oil and thank you Carl.

Tate Oil have been absolutely amazing today, and I would give the them 100 stars if I could.
We rang at 8am and they got back to us pretty much straight away for an emergency call out for our oil delivery - same day delivery was arranged - made even better by a cheaper price than was mentioned on their website. Not sure any other oil company could match their incredible prices! Oil was delivered in the afternoon with no problems at all, there was actually something wrong with our reading so we needed less than we thought, but the driver explained clearly that they would only charge for the oil delivered, not what was quoted - just excellent.
A shout out to Emma who went above and beyond with promised callbacks fulfilled and even a follow up call after delivery to make sure everything went well. Exceptionally friendly, courteous, helpful and understanding of our circumstances with having a four month old baby at home - just superstars, all of you. Thank you so much for all your help today, we’ll be back!

Matty was great over the phone completing my order for 1000L Kerosene, very helpful, simple and straightforward. Tate Fuels was also the cheapest - I called 6 providers in Yorkshire and they came out next.

We were due to have an oil delivery yesterday but the driver failed to turn up and lied that he attempted delivery. He firstly claimed that he couldn’t deliver as we were off grid and he needed to use a baby tanker. When I challenged this and explained that he has not made any attempt to deliver as I work from home they then lied again stating that the driver had tried prior to 7am and our gate was locked. Again this is another lie, we were obviously at home at that time and have cctv in place which confirms that no attempt was made.
I’m absolutely disgusted with this company as they clearly have dishonest drivers that pick and choose when they are going to deliver and then lie when they clearly cannot be bothered. We have been getting oil delivered for approx 15 years and have never had a problem with any other company, therefore my advice is to avoid these charlatans at all costs they are unreliable and dishonest then choose not to take action with their drivers when they is clear evidence that they have made no attempt whatsoever to deliver!!!!!!!

I was expecting my 1st delivery and was out at the time the driver called me and said he could not get into the tank and if i had a key to it i explained i was 30 minutes away and would come to check as this was my daughters home and they was away the driver said to me was due a break and would wait until i got there when i arrived he was waiting for me i checked the house and could not find keys so together the driver and myself got into the tank and was duly filled with heating oil. i believe your driver Phil went out of his way to be helpful and is a credit to your company.

Absolutely top notch and so incredibly supportive and helpful for a first time oil user. The whole team - in particular Caitlyn and Brett - bent over backwards to help us when we were starting our adventure in oil deliveries. Both of these people answered every question we had no matter how simple they were and the speed of setting us up was staggering. Our oil came the next morning. WOW is all I can say to the service and professionalism we have encountered.

Been using Tate Oil for at least 20 years. Never been let down, price extremely competetive. All staff, phone and delivery, always helpful, overall an excellent company to deal with. Don't often recommend but have to make an exception in this case.
