Gave a price for 4 customers, one day agreed then when not delivered rang and was told yes can see you agreed price but its gone up now, needless to say I did not accept new price, dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask.... this lot just take you for mugs

We have bought fuel from Tate for quite a number of years now. We have built up an excellent relationship with our account manager Marcus. He always returns calls, is polite, and will beat our lowest price where he can. We nearly always order in good time but if we are ever a bit late ordering Marcus tries his very best to deliver. Tate are very reliable in delivering the fuel.

We have been using Marcus for years. I sometimes need fuel urgently and Marcus never fails to deliver. Always at the other end of the phone or calls back within 10 minutes. Brilliant service.

Tate Oil is an excellent company to buy fuel from. The delivery staff arrive at the time we are told, they are capable, professional and pleasant to deal with. Our sales rep Stacey rings us regularly keeping us informed of all markets movements.

Our Account Manager Marcus provides an EXCELLENT service, getting fuel to our site when we need it at a good price.

We have been customers of Tate Oil for a few years now. Never a problem! They have always have delivered on time and are competitive with the price. Our account manager Marcus is fantastic! Knowing we contact a few companies when we order fuel, he will match if not beat the price if he can. He's very down to earth and has assisted new members of staff as he knows our company requirements. He even calls to see if we require any fuel when the price is looking good.
Delivery drivers are friendly and polite and most importantly adhere to our company regulations on site including health and safety.
Accounts department don't hassle or chase for payments as some other companies do.
