Purchased a C3 from Graham at Tates Citroen Crawley. Very easy to deal with and professional throughout, all questions answered and car prepared and ready for collection as agreed.

Calvin was really good to deal with on the sales side, not too pushy and very pleasant. But the star of the show was Rob in Service when I had to take the car back after 2 days as it was making a strange (but hard to hear) noise. Rob got a Technician to look at it immediately to identify the offending part, then placed a priority order for a replacement and got it fitted 3 working days later. As a Kia Approved Used vehicle the fault should have been identified by Kia, not Tates. Anyway, prompt action by Rob saved the day!
