At Tates Citreon cars of Brighton we had a great deal of advice from Connor Hayward. He made our journey of ordering a car to receiving the car car at the showroom a very pleasant and understandable one. The showroom, with its friendly atmosphere, provided a comfortable viewing environment. Marc understood me and what vehicle I was looking for, and Marc was able to provide useful information without being too pushy. I was so impressed, that I had a budget set in mind but up it to get the vehicle, From setting foot in the showroom I was looked after by Andrew who was a senior Manager. During this time I was offered a coffee which was made by a guy who was polishing a car but stopped to make it, very family-filling. Document management during the procurement process was efficient and the negotiation process was transparent. Overall, the showroom was a pleasant experience combined with knowledgeable friendly staff and a fun atmosphere. The whole experience lead to greater customer satisfaction and great experience,100% recommended.

We attened the vip event back in June. Calvin was amazing every step of the way from showing us round the cars, ordering and collection/handover. Calvin kept us upto date with the build and when to expected the delivery of our new car which was much earlier than expected.

We have been customers of Tates Kia in Pyecombe for several years now and have always found the staff there very Welcoming, informative, friendly and honest.
