This is the second time we've gone back to them as they were so helpful. A pleaseure to go back to them as they made everything very easy and straightforwards with questions and paperwork as we decided to update our vehicle to a later model. They Phoned us the next day to make sure everything was ok. Couldn't fault this company as staff friendly and efficient.

We left our car for 10 days to have the door handle replaced. I called the service desk and spoke to Cameron who was unable to tell me if the work was completed, or where the car was. I had to use the Kia App to confirm that the vehicle was at Tates so that we could go and pick it up.

Excellent service, great sales staff. They were outstanding in their knowledge and took their time to explain things . Even after buying my citron c5 they checked that I was happy with it. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

I would say on this occasion the dealership did deal with any issues that came about with honest accountability and action. So I will give them 5 stars for that aspect, as we were taken care of. The dealership is clean and the standard is great interns of exterior and set up. There was virtually no upselling in this interaction, however I personally wanted to see the options for upselling and what the difference was between the cars.

Good and clear communication from order to purchase.

Good guidance from salesperson, questions answered honestly, test drives were no problem.
We were treated with respect at all times, and issues raised about the vehicle were rectified without any objections.

Helpful staff, but some niggly miscommunication between individuals. All resolved in the end, but you need to tighten up if you want a 5 star rating.

James the salesperson was very helpful and pleasant in answering all our questions with patience and explaining all in a very pleasant manner

We have used Tates now (specifically Max) for our last 3 cars now and always have a great experience. Max always keep us informed though out our journey from start to finish.

I have a Motability car that was due to go back i chose a Suzuki s cross for my new Motability car Mr James Stanton was very professional and the change over from dropping my car off to getting my new car was handled very well ,i can reckon mend this dealer for really good service

Totally disgusted by Tates Kia this time. We have purchased 3 Kia Picanto over the years and are well known in the showroom.
My Kia Picanto X-Line Auto was booked in for a 40k or 4 year service and MOT.
The advisor the day before informed me that the cost of the service would be £467.85 and the MOT another £58.
I was absolutely gobsmacked that they think, anyone in their right mind, would pay this much money. Almost embarrassing from the advisor.
I politely declined the service over the phone and went online and a few clicks later was able to book (if I wanted) the exact same work, at the exact same dealer, for £321 (Service £281).
They had no choice but honour this price when I collected the car to save face.

Utterly shameful and disappointing behaviour. I won't be using their services again. I understand phone bookings are generally higher in price but this was a pisstake.

I have no complaints about the quality of work done or the information subsequently provided.
