Dealing with Richard Hack for the NZ half of my motorcycle shipment to Australia was very difficult. Infomation was staggered and reactive. Jessica proved to be more proactive. However my experience at the Australian port was terrible. With very little infomation I found myself in the trucking que of a comercial collection site. From there I was shocked to find I had to de-crate the bike myself. The battery and petrol were removed, none of which I was spoken to/warned about. (Upon review it was pointed out to me in the fine print). All in all for a stressful enough time such as immigration, dealing with Taurus was not a pleasant or helpful experience.
