Worst Service Award
Company failed to correct transmission of W2 file with SSA. I could not reach anyone in their technical support who would give me an answer other than "We are working on it and will email you with an update." Really the worst service I have ever received from a vendor.

Great software
Great software. They handle some of the real esoteric forms too. The customer service is excellent online in chat and they respond and help immediately. When I first started using the software. I was entering some information incorrectly for the 1042 and the 1042S and they helped me got me out of the jam and I’ve never forgot that and the time they spent.

I have appreciated this program for the last several years. From the very beginning it was easy enough for me to complete 1099s for multiple contractors for multiple clients of mine.

Quick and easy
I have used a couple other online services to file payroll tax reports, 1099-NEC, etc. Tax1099 is by far the easiest to use.
