I have been locked out of my account for two days and cannot get anyone to help me. I've been cut off multiple times on the chat feature on their website, I've called the customer success phone number multiple times and it says the team is busy and hangs up, I've emailed the support email multiple times, I've called the AI number they provide. I don't know what else to do.

NO SUPPORT - SOFTWARE ENGINEERED INCORRECTLY
Tax1099 auto-fills Form 943 Box 17M when it shouldn't. I have reported the issue over 6 times and cannot get a real person to fix it. Their AI makes you repeat yourself over and over again and you will never get a real human to help, thought hey lie and give it names like Nancy and Thomas. Their software is engineered incorrectly and they do nothing to fix it. I have waited weeks, reported it over and over and over again and still, no fix to the issue.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I've been trying to contact them for 5 days with no response from a real person. After paying $1600 for filling 1099-NEC forms, I was blocked, customer service replies that they don't issue a refund, but I am not requesting a refund- I simply want the service I already paid for.

Definitely worth it.
I have used Tax1099 for several years. It takes me a minute to remember how to navigate, but the system is very intuitive and it's like riding a bike. I appreciate that all my previous filings are easily accessible. Being able to file multiple 1099 types without having to go buy the different forms is an amazing time saver.

Fast and easy 1099 prep
Zenwork Tax 1099 made the tiresome task of 1099's quick and easy. The import from QBO was seamless and it allowed me to map accounts to ensure correct 1099's that QBO would not let me add. As a bookkeeper, I have used several 1099 prep apps over the years and this is by far my favorite. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

I originally left a review due to difficulties reaching customer support and dealing with their "chatbot". After posting my review, I was contacted by Alan, who is working with me to resolve the issue (ref. # 212406621).
While the initial response time could be improved, I appreciate the follow-up and support. Because of that, I’m updating my rating.

2/5 mainly because their AI bot is often useless; perhaps the lesson is to learn a new form during normal business hours, when customer support is available. Even then, CS responds not in real time, but with an answer to a question within 15 minutes by email. Weekend response is much slower and less in depth. Their advertised prices seem to be for bulk type of numbers. Their payment system is weird also. I could not pay directly, but had to first preload their wallet and then repeat all the steps again to make the final payment. It was glitchy all weekend. Also, they need to have a FAQ question section. Their AI bot is probably new; it even admitted it made a mistake a few times. If they can actually have it “see” what is on the screen, it would be 500 percent more useful.
