Lynn made this process easier and simpler for me to understand and provide what she needed to be successful. She always responded timely am explained things at my level. I was fortunate to have her on my side.

The wonderful thing that I have experienced with TaxAudit is that when I have faced an audit or other issues with state or federal income taxes, TaxAudit people have provided the help I needed to resolve the issue. Yes, I would provide whatever information or documentation they needed to understand my case, they dealt with all the interactions with the state or federal authorities on my behalf.
I plan to continue to sign up for TaxAudit each year with TurboTax. It would be foolish to not do so.

When I received a notice from the state regarding my 2025 tax return, things seemed ominous. Had I not purchased TaxAudit and had to navigate the response process alone, I would have felt limited in options and overwhelmed by the prospect of responding.

Working with Greg was awesome. He told me what to send him (thankfully, I keep good records!) and he'd prepare a response. When my numbers didn't quite match up with my return, he identified the discrepancies and it ended up not being a big deal. [Had I been left to my own devices, I probably would have panicked and assumed that I'd need to file an amended return.]

We've submitted my response to the state, and Greg let me know the potential scenarios in terms of their response. While I don't yet know what the outcome of my case will be - whether I'll have to submit an amended return, face an audit, etc. - I feel relaxed and unstressed (mostly!) because of his guidance and help with my case.

I've purchased audit protection option every year I've filed my taxes with TurboTax, just in case. This is my first time needing it, and if you are on the fence, it is a fantastic investment. Greg's responsiveness has been fantastic, and there is literally not a single improvement that I can suggest. I will definitely continue to purchase this add-on!

The tax audit system sucked. It was difficult to get ahold of someone to help me. Once i did actually get assistance and Jayasree Seshadri, EA stepped in that all changed. She was able to explain things in a way that made sense to me. And she was able to fix my issue with the scumbags at the IRS.

Darlene was quick to answer my questions and kept me up to date as to the progress of my claim. She was pleasant to speak with online and on the phone. Thanks for all the support

MaryAm did a wonderful job of getting my taxes figure out from 2024 Was a big help solving the issue I would recommend her to solve all issue in a manly time period.

When I got the Maryland Comptroller letters saying I owed taxes, my gut feeling was that Maryland was counting on people to just pay out of fear because the state needs money, instead of pushing back and rebutting it.

I simply forwarded the letters to TaxAudit.com, and they handled the rest. They made the whole thing easy and took a lot of stress off of me.

I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who gets hit with a tax notice!

Overall working with Cara was great! I did not get the results I was hoping for. Not sure why I did not get an explanation of why I had to pay an additional 5 K to the IRS, after turbo tax reviewed my tax submission.
