I submitted info on my State IT notice on the Tax Audit site and was promptly contacted the next today. It took me a day to submit all required documents. Hien my case specialist took over and contacted me. We worked through the issue over the next few days. She was excellent in explaining the error in my return and what to submit to the tax dept. This is a great service and I would highly recommend it.

My first phone wasn’t as well as I hoped for. Didn’t seem like he wanted to hear me. I tried explaining something and he immediately dismissed it.
But at the end of the case, whatever he did or submitted got my amount owed reduced by about 98% I think. So I only owed 2% of the original amount. Thanks.
