Friendly driver. Bus was clean and plenty room. Would definitely book them again

This is the second time we've used Taxitravel for a wedding to take several people there and back from Fife. Punctual, courteous drivers. Efficient transport. So pleased to have no worries & just enjoy our outing.

Lovely friendly drivers on both trips, the happy hen party had the music up and the lights on...great party bus! reliable service...thanku taxitravel we will definately use again!

We had to change the time of pick up for 12 girls as some of us were running late and they done it no problems. I did ask for a specific mini bus with the seats for on the way but we got that one on pick up, not a big problem but would of prefered it as we were having a little drink. Got picked up when asked, directly outside the club so it was easy to find and done 3 drop off's which were found quick. Both drivers were really friendly and got involved with the conversation. Would definitely recommend, although the first mini bus was a little outdated compared to the seated Ducati. Enjoyed the service overall.

We booked taxttravel for my sister's hen do to take us to Airport. Staff were friendly, helpful and arrived on time, no hassles and excellent price too! Would def recommend and will be using again. A+++

The taxi to the venue was perfect, on time, no faults. However, the return taxi was 45 minutes later than the agreed pick up time (a phonecall was received to say they may be 5-10minutes later). Half of the party ended up getting another taxi from a local firm, costing an additional £30.

Have used this company twice have always turned up at correct times. The drivers have always been really friendly and made our journey really enjoyable

We booked Taxitravel's 16 seater to take and fetch my daughter and 15 of her teenage pals to TITP for each of the 3 days, to save us parents from the late nights, traffic queues and hyper kids!!! Booking was easy, they accommodated our changes when the TITP times where announced, communication before and during the event was spot on, price was good and a huge big thank you to Arthur for getting everybody there and back safely each day and for putting up with them !! Would definitely use again.

Driver was a great guy, there on time and very chirpy and chatty (even early in morning)

Also allowed us to stop twice at supermarkets and was happy to help

From my first call to enquire about minibus availability the service was brilliant. This continued throughout my dealings, with all of my calls and emails responded to quickly, the driver arriving exactly on time and then sorting out our various pick ups with no problems. Faultless. Thanks.

The taxi arrived at 13:00 just as I specified in the quote done through their website which was very intuitive to use. The confirmations were done through email; my preferred method of contact.

When my group were wanting to return earlier than specified, a quick phone call to the driver was sufficient and slotted us in when they had a chance as it was not at the original time.

The quote that I received was responded to quickly and it was very competitive.

Found this company online and emailed them for a quote. Got a quick response and very reasonable price. I did everything online including paying the deposit through paypal (my fav type of payment for any online payments!) I also finalised all the pick ups via email. We had a return journey with drop off on Friday and pickup on the Sunday. Both drivers we're really friendly and the vehicles were spacious and comfortable! Would def recommend this company and I will be using them again.

When the mini-bus first arrived to pick us up, all I could hear was the music blaring out of the bus. The driver did turn his music down when we got in it. When we were collecting the other passengers, I had to tell the driver where to go, and being honest, I didnt know!

After everyone had been picked up, we made our way to the destination. The driver, I thought, was driving exceptionally fast, missing corners, cutting across lanes, and with his music very loud. I was glad to get out! The same was behaviours were experienced on the return journey.

I used this company recently to transport myself and 14 others (11 adults and 3 children) from Edinburgh city centre to Peebles and back again. We were attending my son's wedding. The 16 seater coach we travelled in was excellent and the driver was already there when we arrived 5 mins early at the designated pick up point in Edinburgh. Likewise for the return journey 2 days later he arrived for us at our hotels at the agreed time. In addition the price charged was substantially cheaper than the other 4 quotations I obtained before making the booking.
To sum up I would have no hesitation in using the company again and would unreservedly recommend it to anyone,
