My partner's ring bent because the ruby at the back makes the gold ring lose its integrity. Tailor & hart said they will only fix it if I pay £1300 which is extortionate considering they have the gold from original ring and given that its a design flaw with the ring itself - you can see the crack where the ruby goes. My partner is devastated so just be careful using this company.

Really good customer service, making sure to achieve exactly what we wanted. The rings are absolutely beautiful as well

Really helpful with any problems we had, slight design problem with the ring however Taylor and Hart were fantastic and slightly redesigned the ring to ensure the problem was resolved. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for jewellery

My experience with Taylor & Hart has been nothing put positive! It was exceptionally easy to design my ring from scratch, and customer service were right there all the way through the process with help and support.
Eloise was a great help, and the company understood the importance of a forever ring, and continued with updates while I waited. It was all well worth it! My ring is absolutely beautiful.

First of all, when I placed the initial order, I had my finger sized by one of their members of staff, which one would assume would have been accurate seeing as they size people every day. However, when my ring was complete and I collected in person, the sizing performed was inadequate as the ring was way too small. (A resize was required due to the incompetence of the staff when sizing me up initially)

I made sure to ask before having it resized about the returns policy and was told face to face by a second sales person before agreeing to having it re sized, if it still does not fit or is not comfortable, that I would still be entitled to a full refund for up to 6 months if not satisfied (even though the website states 3 months). Taylor & Hart are now trying to refuse me my refund after having it resized.

Why should I be penalised for the incompetence of the person who sized me up initially along with the lie I was told about still being entitled to a refund after resizing which is the only reason why I agreed to have it resized on the first place

This is the only reason I went ahead with the re-sizing otherwise I clearly wouldn't have done so with the risk of what has happened that it actually does not feel good or comfortable on the hand.

We are still in the process of trying to sorting this issue out and get my money back as promised. So will update with the outcome but as it stands, this has been a truly awful experience.

A wonderful, personalised service and a custom engagement ring designed! My now fiancé loved the ring. Just the entrance of the building alone made me feel like I was in the right place. At first it was a little formal, but at the time, I expected that. Taylor Gandy soon made me feel more comfortable and relaxed once I had got it off my chest that I was looking for an engagement ring. At first I was petrified that, a building that looked the way it did, I wasn't going to be able to afford to walk away with a ring that day. But. Taylor bought out a small case of diamonds ranging from all different sizes with all different prices. Taylor didn't try and upsell me, was never pushy/using sales tactics. Taylor just let me be me and make my choice. My experience was always going to be unforgettable because of the type of purchase I was making, but Taylor was there through every step, from beginning to end, making my choice couldn't have been easier all because of her.
