Bought some aluminium section for a long LED strip (5M).Taylor Lighting were one of the few companies to stock >2m strips. Looks great. Though I would prefer the clips to be metal rather than plastic.

Had excellent service ! Spoke with Alex the sales advisor who got my ceiling channels delivered next day and I fitted them and dropped in cables for the plasterer to come and plaster later that day !

Ordered warm white received white…
Ordered warm white received white light, spoke to customer service but they are not admitting their fault. Done few big purchases worth £2000.00 and that was good, so went with this purchase and totally disappointed. Bad service. Never again

We tried to explain that warm white ranges from 2200k to 3500k .We sent a tape ranging between 2900K-3200K Warm white. We were never asked to match a certain K rating .We supplied warm white but obviously not the same warm white you had with other warm white lighting products.You will find the same with every other supplier .We tried to help and explain but you were not interested and put the phone down. When you discuss this with other suppliers and find we were correct ,please call us and we will be happy to try and find a solution .

Great product range at great prices
Great product range. Very helpful and super quick delivery. Really helpful with a mix and match order and everything arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. One tiny small scratch on 1 piece of extrusion but only small and only one in 120m. Great prices too. Highly recommended!

I have received it - thanks, and I note that you use environmentally friendly packaging that's worth an extra star!
My only issue was with the delivery time - 3-5 days delivery option turned out to be 7 days. Maybe my fault because I didn't take the weekend into account, I don't know, just seems a bit long when compared to others.
Also customer service was good when I called up to find out where the package was.

Alex, was very patient and professional - she understood exactly what we were looking for and advised us accordingly. At no time were we pressured to make a decision until we had a full description and price breakdown.
Alex even explained how to install the LEDs into the extrusion so that we didn't get it wrong.
The goods duly arrived only 24 hours after we placed our order and are perfect for our needs.
