Possibly the best lighting and accessory supplier
Technically strong, friendly, approachable and experienced. They took my design ideas and ambitions and turned them into reality with high quality, well thought out and well manufactured products.

Excellent professional service.
Have to say had such a great service with Taylor Lighting, I needed LED trunking, wasn’t sure what exact size, they sent me samples, then placed my order, which was packaged very professionally, the tube looks just as expensive as the trunking, so won’t throwing that away or definitely recycling the tube the trunking arrived in. Great product, great service, very professional.

ordered the 34x 2m lengths of the black corner extrusion (BK1919ML2) with the description stating powder coated however the product is simply sprayed which is very much less robust and scratches easily.

Hi . These come from the manufacturer powder coated but we found where they are held inside by clamps ,whilst powder coating, a white mark is left on the li in 2 places . Therefore ,we touch it up with black spray paint .Once the cover is on ,you should not notice it .Also ,it is a matt finish rather than gloss ,so it will be less resilient to scratching .We are surprised you havent called us regarding this rather than just leave a damaging review.

This company has great products
This company has great products. The customer service was fine, but their website was laboriously slow, and the search function hardly worked. Also, they are not able to do that much custom work, you just have to purchase the products they stock. Apart from these issues I have no problems with this company.

Hi Fiona . Over the last few weeks our website has been targeted by hackers trying to create disruption.We think we have now resolved it so it should be normal again. The bespoke element is for led strips cut ,soldered ,made to measure .We dont cut profile as generally it is better to cut on site .Thank you for your review .

Great technical support but carriage…
Great technical support but carriage prices are disproportionate to value of goods and could deter future orders. For example goods costing £8.50 sent in very small jiffy bag by post within 2 days were subject to a £9 delivery charge. This is much above the actual cost of normal postage. Would suggest a review of the delivery charge structure.

Thank you for your review . We do charge a lesser amount for items sent by royal mail but we can only do this by phone order . We have tried to automate this, but it has proved too difficult with the 1000+ items .
