Brilliant service from start to finish. Products are second to none and the service matches. Wouldn't use anyone else for bespoke led lighting. I have worked with Alex on numerous projects, she’s excellent. These guys know their stuff and always happy to help.

If you need LED trunking, I think TL probably has the best and widest selection of LED trunking in the UK. The website is just brilliant, everything is so well laid out and easy to navigate. As for the quality of the trucking is just excellent, very sturdy and elegant slimline profile. They have a selection of clear and opaque lids. They have clips end caps, delivery was next day, came in probably the strongest cardboard tube I’ve ever received through delivery, the tube alone looked like it costs £10 at wholesale.

Alex the customer service agent was very pleasant to speak with, she advised me to get a sample first and they even refunded the postage cost towards my order.

Products like these would be so hard to find if not impossible on the High St, in saying that I think they have a shop where you can collect from as well.

All in all fantastic company to deal with.

Used Taylor lighting numerous times for lighting for our home and can’t fault them at all. So helpful every time I’ve spoken to anyone and especially Alex who I pester weekly for help and advice. Have and will recommend to anyone looking for LED lighting, will be using again in the future.

The only place I use for led strip lighting and accessories. Great service and always delivered swiftly.

I've purchased countless LED strips from Taylor lighting. On this one particular occasion, I used an alternative LED profile from a different vendor and tried to combine with their LED tapes. (They didn't sell the profile width I required).

I spoke to one of their staff members who was completely useless, having spent thousands with Taylor lighting over the years, all I asked for her was some suggestions on how to resolve. She told me there were NO solutions and this was essentially not there problem, when I told her I wouldn't be purchasing any products from them in the future, she told me "that's not very helpful" and then hung up on me.

Pathetic customer service, they are operating like an entitled business, thinking customers will always come back. Think again!!! I will never give you any custom again, I would urge others to stress-test taylor lighting customer services before placing any large orders, as their willingness or attitude to help after the initial sale is USELESS!!

If you don't like poor reviews, treat your customers with RESPECT.. how is hanging up the line acceptable???? I was not rude at all, if you don't want to answer the question have the courtesy to remain professional.

And BTW... don't try and downplay the order as a ~£200 order... it was over £2500 your incompetence of reading my quotation request is why this additional order was added because you missed items in the order.

Seller offered free delivery on initial payment. I returned the items at my expense due to not wanting the items which I am entitled to under consumer law. Alex tried to cut £9 off the refund for postage charges. He claimed that why should he pay for my mistake. He also advised under his T&Cs he can cut postage cost out. I laid out the consumer law to him which overrules his T&Cs and word for word, see his reply, “ Tell you what Mohammed. I will do a deal. You promise never to contact us again and I will refund you £8 . Do we have a deal ?”

I have used Taylor Lighting for many different projects for my customers over the last 12 months and have had always had very good helpful service and advice.

Was initially a good experience whilst ordering over phone and was helped by two different gentlemen. However when the goods were delivered they were not the specified colour.
Tried to sort the issue only to be told that I could spray it with paint from Halfords or use it somewhere else and re-buy my order. Had to end the call after being asked "why should I pay for your mistake "
Was not my mistake as I specified BLACK to the first gentleman.
