I was nominated for the free will writing service and had an appointment with Amanda Huburn- Steele,as a technophobe I was comfortably re assured by your other members of staff namely Paige and Emily prior to the meeting how easy it was which obviously helped.The meeting itself was straightforward ,Amanda was very attentive and explained things in terms I could understand,she also took time to listen and allay any fears/problems I had,there was no pressure from her to add any additional services that I may require,and was very clear how useful they could be,very happy with the service received today and will suggest to anyone thinking about their will.

Amanda was very approachable and knowledgeable helping us with our wills. She explained everything clearly, was happy to answer all our questions and made the process really simple. The consultant was well prepared (based on our pre-questionnaire) and took us very smoothly through the will-writing task. All questions were clearly answered, and we had time to think about the decisions we made. Though additional products were offered, there was no hard sell.

Great explanations for everything - on such a touchy thing to be planning no one wants to think of death. Everything was explained fully and we got some add on that we got a great discount on/ no pressure to get but explaining why you would need them.
