I purchased a Titleist driver which specifically stated that it included a head cover. The picture of the item shows a Titleist head cover next to the driver. Naturally this is what I would expect to be delivered. I received the driver in the post but was given a generic, poor quality American Golf head cover. Blatant false advertising.....

Ordered a cap from the vault on the Taylormade website. one month ago, still not arrived even after numerous contact with the customer services team.
Do yourself a favour and by from another retailer.
Will think twice before I buy taylormade again.
AVOID. In the end had to instruct the bank to retrieve my money. Not even an apology from the customer services team after being fobbed off for a month.
Had some issues but now resolved
Utterly shocking customer service. They will not admit they are wrong and do not take responsibility for any delays despite the customer doing all the chasing. Will NEVER order again from these people. They us COVID as an excuse yet no others issues I’ve faced with couriers during the pandemic explain why it’s only them that have delays. When asked about a refund to p&p re good will, they decline and say it’s not their fault and they have delivered in 10 working days. The only reason that it was finally delivered is due my constant chasing. They don’t care about customers and are terrible at communicating with them. A giant company that has zero value for customers.
So today 15/2 received a letter from customer services with a couple of good will gesture bits. Good that they did this and good to see that it’s been acknowledged. 👏 thank you
Defective Clubs
Multiple M2 drivers and 3 woods purchased from these guys are defective and faces crack or completely cave in. The best they want to offer is a 20% discount on a new club because the warranty period has passed. I found this to be a transparent attempt to have golfers buy more (probably defective) equipment rather than standing by their manufacturing. My trusty SLDR has survived for many years with no issues, but all M2 series of clubs I have purchased have ended up failing in the line of duty after barely a couple of seasons. I'll be switching things up and look for a company that stands by their product and wants to build something that will last.

It has been nearly 3 months and still waiting for a final golf club. One core product and Taylormade cannot even deliver that within a reasonable time. Woeful customer service. Why such poor communication to your customer? No information about when the club will be delivered. They're not cheap. Taylormade has become a running joke amongst friends, running two sweepstakes, 1. When the club will arrive; 2. when will taylormade go out of busines due to reputational damage because I've stopped telling people about the clubs and now talk about the awful delay.

Excellent products just disappointing on level of purchase required for free postage.

Golf bag bought for son last Xmas in my amazement he asked me to buy him a new one I asked him I bought him one last year! he told me the inside of the bag the lining is faulty the lining gets caught around clubs and you can't place clubs back in to sit properly so annoying as the bag is in perfect condition with the plastic still on it in parts.
Really very disappointed with quality won't be buying another one from Taylor made!
Warranty service... 5 stars!
I just wanted to comment and complement on TaylorMade’s warranty service. I recently broke a shaft on my M6 type D, 3 fairway wood (which btw I love! ). I contacted TaylorMade and they sent me a FedEx return label and made the repair with absolutely no cash whatsoever out of my pocket. From the time I sent it to them for repair till the time I received it back was about two weeks.
Way to stand behind your products TaylorMade!

Taylormade Spider x putter
I have been using Taylormade equipment for years. Excellent products. I currently have a sim driver, 3 hybrids and irons. In September I bought a Spider x sx32 putter. It works great for me but the craftsmanship is terrible. The headcover velcro lasted about a week before it would not stick and now in November, the black paint on the putter head is wearing off and the silver underneath is showing. Very disappointing for such a quality product.
POOR SERVICE
Trying to contact customer service is a joke. Have sent 2 emails with no reply. Web site does not offer a contact number as it just puts you back in a loop back to the message page.
I got the number off Google but they don't answer and then a you get cut off.

M4 Iron Heads Flying Off
I bought a new set of irons from TaylorMade last year. Within weeks some of the the heads starting flying off. I contacted them and they suggested I get the clubs involved repaired at the retailers and carry on playing with them and only send them back if another came loose. Anyone who plays golf would appreciate the awful thought of standing over a shot wondering if the head would fly off. Eventually they accepted that all the irons should be returned and they would repair them all. the clubs were returned to me over a week and a half later than they specified.
Now once again one of the heads flew off during a competition round and so I obviously cannot trust the so called repairs that they allegedly carried out and will request a full refund from them.

Ive been trying to get someone from taylormade but with no response. Anyone else have an idea how to get a hold of someone from costumer services? thank you
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. My M2 irons (purchased in 2016) showed cracks in them this year, and despite it being well outside of its 2-year warranty, they replaced the entire set of irons with brand new SIM Maxs. The process was very easy to navigate and I never imagined they would be willing to replace the whole set in this manner.
They have certainly earned a lifelong customer in me.

So back 6 months ago I bought p780 irons from TaylorMade. The face started to rust. I sent them back and they replaced them with a new set which after two weeks rusted. I have emailed them loads of times maybe to much tbh. I paid £1000 for they irons I want them to be good. I am now on my 3rd set and I asked the guys what there made of the face is made from carbon steel which exposed to moisture even a little will rust. This is there premium branded clubs they sent out a few good Will gestures a bag which to be honest looks very cheaply made and balls which I was over the moon with. Now there saying they replaced the irons as a good Will gesture no sir by law use have to replace them. If I were use look elsewhere for irons TaylorMade customer department are good but could do better.
Did Taylor actually make it?
Recently got an RBZ stage 2 driver and the thing bangs. The only problem is I've heard a rumour that Taylor didn't actually make it himself. Very misleading. 4 out of 5 though.
Great Customer Service
Purchased a Taylormade Spider Putter and during a recent round unfortunately lost the head cover. I contacted customer service and they didn't hesitate in sending me a new one out without charge.
Got a response back within minutes of emailing them and a great outcome.
Very impressed! Thank you :)
I had bought a M4 DRIVER THEN A M5 DRIVER AND THEN A SIM???????
I had bought m4 driver and m5 driver for our young golfer. then SIM arrived and he wanted that. we bought it and after about one month the shaft just snapped off in the middle. after contacting my club about the breakage, they replied by saying it was not covered by warranty. what does that mean. after paying nearly a thousand dollars for a Taylor made club and having it snap in the middle of a drive. then to be told its not covered by warranty. I have contacted Taylor made and basically got the same reply. well I know that all products in australia are covered by consumer law which means they have to last a certain amount of time and I don't think 3 or 4 weeks does that. also I noticed that the shaft has a Vietnam label on it. the outcome for Taylor made is this...........My upcoming golfer will not be using anymore of your clubs anytime soon. and as I do travel around a lot I will be sharing my experience with other golfers
2 1/2 year old driver
2 1/2 year old driver, M1. Carbon crown popped right off in competition. Looked on side big puddle of clue in there. Serial number on both crown and driver head. They could reference these numbers I'm sure to find out when the club was made. Just a appologie, and they were not interested in seeing the driver. To send to R&D maybe? They offered me 30% a new driver. Retails for $800.00 here in Oz. Not happy

TaylorMade SLDR driver is defective and the company wont do anything about it. The first driver broke on the 3rd drive. The shaft broke at the head, the replacement drive has been used a dozen time and now broke in the same place as the first one and TaylorMade wont do anything about it
