⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolute nightmare

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolute nightmare – avoid Taylor Motor Group

This was a nightmare from start to finish and I wouldn’t recommend Taylor Motor Group to anyone.

I bought a van in August and it quickly became obvious it was a bag of nails. The vehicle had issues that should never have made it through any decent pre-sale check. What followed was months of stress, chasing, and constant delay.

The biggest problem wasn’t just the van — it was the way Taylor Motor Group handled it:
• No ownership of the problems from day one
• Poor communication throughout
• Call backs promised that didn’t happen
• Constantly being passed around and left in limbo
• Having to chase repeatedly just to get basic updates

This dragged on for months. What could (and should) have been sorted quickly turned into an exhausting process that ran from August until 26th January before my money was finally paid back.

The final straw was the attitude from the owner, Andrew Taylor. Instead of dealing with things professionally, the tone shifted into lies, blame shifting, and accusations, including suggesting I was harassing them — completely untrue and totally unacceptable when I was simply trying to resolve a situation that they created.

If you’re considering buying from Taylor Motor Group, just be aware: if anything goes wrong, you may find yourself in a long, stressful battle to get a fair outcome. There are plenty of dealerships out there — I’d strongly suggest choosing one of them.

Avoid.

Buying Local… Probably won’t again.

I wanted to buy as local as possible to I chose TMG to buy my next used car.

We found the salesman (who has since left the company) very helpful, who also sold TMG as the one stop shop, so if anything goes wrong they can handle everything for me even if it goes wrong outside of warranty.

We decided on a car, again the salesman was very helpful and I’m very happy with my decision and he said it’ll be ready within the week. We sorted the finance and everything and left.

We waited the week, didn’t hear anything so we called up and got told it’ll be ready Friday. Called Friday it’ll be ready Saturday because it was at their repair centre getting cleaned, so that evening we took drive to TMG and found the car basically untouched on their forecourt. The next day we were called and asked to collect, when we got there it had just been cleaned. Which was fine I guess, but we were lied to.

Took the car away and noticed a few small things that weren’t right, nothing major. Called up, they said they’d order some parts and call me back when they arrive, a couple weeks pass and nothing so I call up, they said they’d call back a week later. Obviously never heard anything.

I emailed the company, within around an hour I was getting calls and a shitty email off the person I bought the car from. So I agreed to bring the car in for repair, they told me they’d call me within a week.

One week passed I heard nothing, so I thought I’d trust the process. I drove past TMG, I found my car under a tree. So I called the day after they told it was in the repair centre.

I waited another week, still no call. I drove past again, my car was still is in the same place covered in tree sap. So I called again, luckily I spoke to someone who just told me the truth and said they are busy and I should pick up the car. I went to collect it and the guy disappeared for 20 minutes, which I later found out he was cleaning the car because he was embarrassed to give it back to me in that state. He said they’d call me back in a week to arrange the repairs.

Obviously never heard anything, that was 3 months ago. Which means the Micky Mouse warranty is done with.

So I won’t be going there again, I’m just lucky the car seems to be ok. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone using them. Also, looking at their score on here, it’s not just me having the same issues.

It’s such a shame.

AVOID

AVOID!
I bought a fiesta st 2014 off Taylor motor group in Newark 3 months ago with the intention of turning it into a track car. I realised after a month that the car had some extreme wastegate rattle from the turbo, I called and the person I spoke to sounded genuine about sorting the problem out for me however I had put a sports cat on the car so the warranty was invalid ( completely my fault and not them to blame) however after finding this out I took it to a garage to sort out myself and got a full vehicle check. This is when I realised I had been completely mugged off. The car has 5 oil leaks. Missing every tyre pressure sensor. My stock cat had a hole in it and the flexi pipe was ripped. The garage told me it should not of passed a mot in the state it was in. I would avoid this dealership especially after reading other reviews. They may have sorted it all out for me in warranty but either way the car should not have been sold in the condition it was.

Only bothered about your money!!!

I travelled from lancaster to buy a mitsubishi outlander 2007 from here, from setting off I heard a problem the guy wanted to keep talking probably woth the hopes I wouldn't hear it.. when asked about it he said its 110% the air box (on a car he said had no problems at £2450)

When getting back he was happy to show me the air box, the air box was very loose from damage and needed changing, I told him I was pluging a professional code reader in which he was nervous about and didn't want me too...

When I plugged the reader in it told me the turbo had fail/damaged this was the noise... and that 4 glow plugs need replacing... I would never recommend this place to anyone... Thanks for trying to Rob me but you was outsmarted by a code reader while I played dumb...

Very pleased and recommend

Very pleased with my new-to-me Astra and purchase from TMG, and 2 months on with a few long-ish trips later, the car is still faultless and is a pleasure to drive. It feels great to have something on the drive I want to take care of again.

I find it hard to trust dealerships, but to Andy’s credit nothing was too much trouble for him and his team, even after the purchase, to the point that he was happy to put in writing the promise of obtaining an independent MOT pass, which is completed with one advisory for a tyre which they promptly replaced.

After the purchase TMG also sorted a few minor cosmetic issues including drivers-side door alignment and a few marks on the paint. They also worked with the previous owner to retrieve the spare key, so I have 2 working keys for the car.

All-in-all I recommend TMG and will be seeing Andy again when the time comes in a few years for my next motor. Thank you!

Avoid like the plague.

The second they have your money your totally up the creek!
Never return your calls, I purchased a 17k van 12 weeks ago & it was delivered to me by sales rep Elliot ( now left the company?)
What they failed to mention in advert was hammered out dents in rear door & bonnet, a melted burn in the center of drivers seat, internal cab & cargo lights flashing & loud vibration noise under center dash when idling or anything but a smooth road. Their warranties are a joke because the faults were pre existing before the vehicle was delivered. Although the dealership them selves did eventually agree the cost of my local garage diagnostics & put in 3 new bulbs.(£83). I'm now left with a vibrating dashboard & below zero help. Basically get stuffed we have your money!.. This vehicle is a 2019 plate...yet more lies in response below & yes told to get repaired at my own expense, Utterly unbelievable.

Hi Gilly,
You have fulfilled your threat in a poor review but sadly you haven’t told all the facts, have you, simply an unfair portrayal of events.
Your issue, if you call it that, is nothing more than a noise which a garage local to you, cannot really justify the expense you expect us to pick up just because you bought a 6 year old van and the dashboard has a ‘vibration’… something we have not experienced. The estimate for in excess of £600 to strip down the dashboard to try to quieten down is both unreasonable and disproportionate. Let’s be honest if it was that much of an issue then you could always have this work carried out at your own expense but I guess you also realise the cost out ways the end result and going by the garage whom we paid £85 to replace your bulbs suggest that there is no guarantee it will ‘go away’ due to it being manufactured in plastic.
The warranty included in our sale price is for mechanical breakdown and not a ‘open cheque book’ to throw money at when there is no breach of the sale of goods. Given the hassle we experienced in the first place delivering the vehicle (a 400 mile round trip) it comes no surprise that you have threatened us and that unless we put a 6 year vehicle in a ‘new’ state in terms of trim wear then you will portray us to be ‘avoided’ - which is simply unfair.
We will not be held to ransom by threats because we refuse to throw money at a vehicle which has no fault that would prove it not to be ‘fit for purpose’.
I note you we are not the first business that has received a 1* review and probably those were also unjustified.
As for your comment ‘avoid like the plague’ , if it is for customers like yourself who will never be satisfied then quite frankly they are welcome not to spend money with us.
A vehicle purchase comes with a responsibility and if you think you can own and run a vehicle at the expense of the garage whom simply supplied it then you’re deluded.
You didn’t mention how nice the van is and that in your own admission runs a dream.::.. good luck in the future but we won’t be selling you a vehicle again thankfully.

Avoid this company.

I purchased a small run around last year with full service history and 12 month MOT with no advisories. Took it in for an MOT a year later to be told the car is only good for scrap! The garage doing my MOT confirmed all of the issues with the car absolutely cannot have happened in 1 year, especially when I'd done less than 2k miles since having it. I called the company and of course they refused to do anything except give a pathetic part exchange, why would I buy from them again!? And no doubt they would try and sell the death trap on to another unsuspecting buyer. I wish it was possible to give less than 1 star. Avoid this company.

We don’t MOT, we have them done by Newark MOT centre whom we have used and trusted for 25 years … if they pass a vehicle, why would we doubt?

Great service!

I saw my car advertised and went to see it the next day - it was perfect for what I wanted as I needed a larger vehicle in order to tow my horse. So the Hyundai Santa Fe ticked the boxes.
Elliot is a true salesman and did his job very well, I had some reservations but he assured me it would be in good order when I collected it. It all went smoothly and the car was service and MOT'd prior to purchase and I collected the following week.
Unfortunately, I have had a few issues with the car, some clutch issues where twice at starting up the clutch pedal has stayed on the floor and then not starting one morning, However, I cannot fault TMG's customer service, and Richard is the true star of the place! They were understanding, supportive and helpful. One of the times the clutch was a problem I was 260 miles away in Devon and they worked with the local garage to fix it for me in a timely manner.
It didn't start one morning due to a failed rear petrol pump but TMG lent me a car and collected mine for them to repair. Everything has been fixed under warranty and whilst it is really annoying and a bit inconvenient the team have provided me great customer service and have fixed the car. Despite me being the unlucky one with the rogue tricky car I would recommend TMG due to how they have dealt with me and resolved all my issues - I am now hoping that I have the car that I need and no more problems, but if I do I don't doubt that the team will help me! Thank you team, I would recommend you for all round great service and support.

Ok experience, could be a lot better.

Bought a car in Nov '22, was semi satisfied and wanted to give it time before writing a review. Delivery was free (car cost 18 grand) and the car was bought to me, for my test-drive. Very happy so far.

I found it weird that the service history was missing and nobody seemed to consider it important. TMG messed up the mileage to take off maybe 50k or 100k before presenting the vehicle to me. Of course they very conveniently forgot to mention this to me, so I found out after I bought the car. A declaration that was sent to me while paying for the vehicle (not before) which mentioned that "a similar worded disclaimer of the milage ... was affixed to the odometer when I viewed the vehicle...". This is simply untrue.

On the day of delivery, the salesman at TMG disappeared and was unreachable, which caused me unnecessary stress and uncertainty of what was going on. The standard of professionalism from TMG significantly decreased once payment was made.

The number plate was changed immediately before delivery, meaning I wasn't able to tax or insure the vehicle straight away. I was not happy with that at all.

These issues did not stop me from using the vehicle. It proved to be mechanically sound. I would consider using TMG again but use extreme caution and forensically examine all paperwork for the vehicle going back to the day it was manufactured!

I emailed Elliot to express concerns but had no reply. Nevermind, perhaps this was just a one off :)

Lack of support/customer care

Soon after the purchase of our family car, we noticed some faults. We were advised by Elliot that if we take it to a local service to carry out the repair they will refund the cost after. This cost has never been refunded. I try to raise a complaint but nobody is dealing with it. It looks like everything gets back to Elliot and nothing moves after that point. We will never use them again

Reply to TMG:
You should ask Elliot H. for all these details. It's just embarrassing to come back with this type of reply. Also, just for your information, the car was in service for more than 100 days and in this time we haven't received a replacement car or any courtesy car. TMG is very aware of our story and it's a shame that you come up with your pathetic reply.

2nd reply to TMG
Will be great if you can reply in the same way to the emails too or to make it very genuine should I take a screenshot and attach it here?

Avoid TMG at all costs!

I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz CLA from TMG in November of last year (2022)

Everything seemed absolutely perfect at the start, I loved the car & thought it was everything I’d wanted - and it should have been at the £17,995 that I agreed to pay

Fast forward a few weeks and numerous things just weren’t adding up - I was told that the car had full service history, was fully prepared and also had all the paperwork to support this. Something that I ended up having to drive around numerous garages to locate & to this day, only received the last 2 service invoices.

After around 3 weeks of ownership, the service light then became ignited on the dashboard, warning me that it was due a service in around 800m - something that I contacted the service manager Elliot about - he completely lied and informed me that the car had been serviced and it was the light that needed resetting, something that I was apprehensive of, but agreed for them to have a look at their workshop.

After taking the car into them, it was found to have numerous gearbox and transmittion issues - all located on a diagnostic machine at another local company that TMG sent me too. Luckily I had the insight and common sense to take a photo of these fault codes as TMG were adamant that these were ‘historic codes’… but if the car had been properly prepared then surely these codes would have been picked up prior to this?

I was then accompanied on a drive with Elliott (General manager) who became very aggressive and forceful in tone, when I raised my concerns to him - he was even on his phone while driving, something that made me feel very uneasy, especially as he was driving my car.

Luckily I knew my rights and requested a rejection as the car was financed with Mann Island finance. Elliott then began to claim that the reason for my request was due to me not being able to afford the car and panicking about this - obviously this was all incorrect as I remained up to date with all the payments and sailed through the initial finance application. All I wanted was a car that was mechanically sound and value for money - something that this one was obviously not!

He even stated at one point ‘This car is absolutely mint’ despite not being a mechanic…

As a separate note to all this, I also noticed some days later that in my opinion, Elliot had fraudulently completed the finance proposal in terms of the cars mileage - as when I collected it - it was on 81,000, but he stated on the finance documents 77,000 - and for someone who I imagine does these types of documents everyday, how did he get it so wrong?

While still on the drive - he proceeded to say ‘If you want me to take this car back, then take me to court’

Andy Taylor (owner) then got in contact with me & it didn’t get any better, he suggested that I should have a different car from him and ‘unwind’ the agreement of the Mercedes.

I had traded in lovely & well looked after Seat Leon FR into TMG as part of the agreement and told Andy, that if he could source me another similar to that, then I would be happy to proceed and put this down to a one off mistake.

Andy proceeded to go ahead and make numerous credit searches in my name (whilst I was away on holiday) and insisted that I sign one of these and move on - something that I didn’t feel comfortable with, especially after the proposed agreement came through on a totally unrelated car.

I obviously wasn’t happy to sign anything without seeing the figures and when he did send them over - I again tried to raise my concerns that the amount was over £110 more a month than I was previously paying for the other Leon that I had, despite it not being as high spec - he then began to get aggressive and argumentative over the phone, to both me and my father & tried to make out that I’d ‘strung him along’ - when that is complete and utter dross.

Andy also tried to stop me from making a complaint to the finance company as he tried to make it clear that it would have ‘consequences for me & his business’ something that I believe was a tactic to try and uphold his reputation.

Fortunately I did go ahead and make complaint to the finance company who fully backed my rejection appeal & I successfully returned the car to TMG and will no longer entertain the idea of taking my money or custom anywhere near that ‘Dealership’ ever again.

So if you come across a Mercedes-Benz CLA 220d (2016) - avoid!!!!

Or any of their cars for that matter👍🏻

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! READ THIS AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I bought car from TMG at Cleethorpes just over 2 weeks ago. I went to look at the vehicle but I was unable to look inside or test drive it as the manager was out at the time. I had paid for the car once I got home which was an hour away and the car went for an MOT and service that afternoon and was delivered to me that evening by Jordan Wake. My partner came out to have a look at the car he noticed multiple problems within the first 15 minutes of Jordan leaving.
1 - Drivers window doesn't go up sometimes
2 - Nearside rear light has condensation
3 - Both rear lights poorly fitted -
4 - Boot seal missing - wet boot
4 - Rear bumper & boot resprayed - poorly
5- Number plate light missing
6 - Rear badge missing
7 - Rear brakes not working or inefficient
8 - boot trim fasteners missing
9 - Nearside rear brake light doesn’t work properly
10 - seat belts don't retract
I had my partner ring Jordan back to complain about the issues with the car and my partner said “so you’re telling me if I take the car for an MOT tomorrow after it’s had one today then it’ll pass?” Jordan’s reply was “I can’t comment as I’m not a mechanic”. I sent photos of all the issues that were found to Jordan and he said he would be in touch with the manager about it and get back to me the following day. Since I didn’t hear back from Jordan that next morning I had messaged him to see if he had contact with the manager and he said no and that he was waiting to hear back from Mazda about a couple of parts for the car. I did not hear back from Jordan that day as promised so the following day I messaged him saying I was very unhappy with the car and I want a full refund. I said I was happy to bring the car back at the weekend myself and get my refund as the car had so many issues with it. His reply was that I was unable to have a refund as it doesn’t work like that. He told me to go to the head office at Newark as they were happy to have a look at the brakes for me. After going no where with speaking to Jordan I decided to send an email to Elliot who is the manager. Once I had emailed Elliot about how unhappy I was and that I wanted a refund, he said I couldn’t have one at this stage and offered for the vehicle to be inspected at the Newark branch. They offered for me to have a loan car whilst they sorted a few problems from the list.
I was told the car would take 5 days to repair so I declined the offer of a loan car. I rang the day before agreed for collection to check it was still okay and I was told they ordered the wrong parts so I couldn’t collect it. Elliot told me the car would be 5 days so I did question the sales team on this and Elliot had lied to his staff and told them he told me it would be ready the following weekend which is an outright lie. I took my mother in law with me and she witnessed Elliot telling me it would be 5 days. I then rang on the following Saturday to check on when it would be ready and I was told they had ordered the wrong parts yet again. I gave them 2 days and rang again to say I need the car now as they had it 9 days. They said I could collect it and they would get the parts sent to my address so I could have them fitted by a garage if my choice. I got half way to collect the car and was told that the window was still stuck down and the regulator hasn’t worked. I carried on and went to see the car. When I arrived I saw a man called Steve, he was utterly useless. He couldn’t confirm what had been done to the car, he couldn’t provide me with any paperwork and I didn’t have faith in the garage as it was so I decided to leave the car and said I want to reject the car and have my money back.
That evening, I sent a formal complaint email to Elliot as he was away on holiday and he asked one of his staff (Ebony) to call me to discuss the complaint. I stated that all I wanted to do was reject the vehicle and have my money back after ringing trading standards. They continued to fix the car and obviously had no intentions of giving me my money back. I explained to Ebony that I was very frustrated with their services and how I had to chase them up most days and never had anyone call me to give me an update. The next day, they were still waiting for parts that they had incorrectly ordered and said it could be another 2-3 days. I explained I'm not going to accept the car back now and would like a refund. Due to Elliot being on holiday, this couldn't be authorised until he was back the following week. I had then received a call from Elliot and he was yelling at me over the phone, he said "I have a friend in trading standards and you will have no leg to stand on to get your refund”. He wouldn't let me get a word in or explain why I was so frustrated with them and he then went on to tell me that the car needed another part which would be even longer. I decided to collect the vehicle as
Elliot was disgustingly rude to me and he
verbally abused me over the phone. They did fix some of the issues on the list but it had taken then 6 days more than they said at first!

Molly, I am saddened to read this review given my team have bent over backwards to ensure the 15 year old MX5 was up to our usual high standards. Although, I won’t enter into a “he said, she said” type scenario, however, some of what you write, we do not agree with.
You insisted on having the vehicle that very same day “or you would buy one from somewhere else”. We have a typical 3-5 day turn around depending on what is found during preparation. Due to the sheer size of our operation, we do not prepare vehicles before sale but given the good relationship we hold with local garages in Cleethorpes, we managed to get the vehicle MOT’d, which it failed on brake pads and a coil spring, serviced, cleaned and delivered that same day.
The “faults” you found do not deem that vehicle unroadworthy nor “not fit for purpose” (which would constitute a refund). After a string of emails insinuating you were treated differently being female, you brought the vehicle to our showroom at Newark, which we instructed our Master Tech, after his usual working hours, to look through the list you presented us with, admitted yourself, many were age and mileage related, we agreed to have the vehicle in the workshops for the “goodwill” repairs and our usual extensive checks.
I did say the vehicle would be roughly 5 days but the extended weekend celebrating the Queens Jubilee put back some deliveries a few days. When these deliveries of parts arrived, it was found NOT that they were ordered incorrectly but picked and delivered incorrectly. This you were kept informed of over the period your vehicle was with us. After replacing what was agreed together and some other repairs we morally carried out, our workshop found some other remedial work that we wanted to carry out to ensure it’s roadworthiness - you later declined the repairs and took delivery of the vehicle. Given the multiple calls, texts and emails regarding your completely unreasonable and unrealistic behaviour towards other members of my team I asked them to forward me your telephone number and I called you from Lanzarote, to discuss. I was in the presence of my wife and children so being “disgustingly rude and verbally abusing” you is complete fabrication.
I strongly believe we are approachable in almost every scenario and after successfully selling over 1500 quality used vehicles to the public and trade from all walks of life every year for the last 23 years would suggest we can’t please everyone all of the time but we are doing something right.
Assuring you the best of my intentions,
Elliot Harvey.

AVOID AT ALL COST NOT A SINGLE GOOD REVIEW!!

AVOID AT ALL COST! READ BEFORE! enquired about a VW scirocco DE63UFM and was dealt with by the 'salesman' PAUL who answered all my questions and reassured me with its condition of bodywork & wheels being 'unmarked' etc.... I was also mentioned the vehicle had its last 4 services by them 'inhouse' along with 'cambelt & waterpump' replacement. Also the vehicle had '1' yes '1' previous owner. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and made the full payment to there account and had the vehicle delivered. 2 days later the vehicle was collected on a trailer by the driver who took pictures of various bodywork defects and curb marks to the vehicle and messaged them over to me before he left there dealership. The interior was in a complete state! It had looked like someone had walked out of a field and into the car, There was mud everywhere, The bodywork had chips and defects to almost every panel and 3 out of 4 wheels were curbed! I immediately got on the phone and told Paul what the delivery driver sent to me. He started saying that they did not have time to prep the vehicle and the defects were all age related etc etc..... He advised me to take delivery and have a look for myself so I agreed. Vehicle arrived and I took a look at the defects which were not mentioned and came to a conclusion that majority were age related so we overlooked this even though Paul mentioned the wheels were 'unmarked' & there was absolutely NO paperwork with the vehicle. However, As the vehicle was purchased over the phone based on description, Paul filed the Logbook out and sent this off the day the vehicle was delivered to me and when the new logbook arrived it stated '5' previous owners yes '5' even though Paul mentioned '1' previous owner on purchase.... A complete and utter LIE and nothing but this PAUL said about the whole vehicle.. After trying to contact him & the manager I have got nowhere, They are just trying to fob me off but I am not having this and the vehicle will be returned for a full refund or matters will be taken further! I wont allow them to get away with this nor have this done to anyone else Paul has clearly lied the whole way through just to get his commission which I feel is absolutely disgusting. So a message to you all before you even think about purchasing a vehicle from them, DO YOUR RESEARCH & DONT GO BY WHAT THEY SAY! ITS ALL A LIE AND THEY WILL FOB YOU OFF ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!

Wouldn’t deal with again

Bought a car from distance. Informed that the vehicle had full service history and 2 keys. Arrived to find no history and only one key. Smug sales manager not a nice person to deal with, stereotypical used car dealer! Should have left then! Promised a good warranty to cover everything, so took the car, but faults showed themselves almost immediately. Got inspections by a dealer close to my home, and found outstanding safety recalls and issues not told about at time of sale. Had to threaten legal action to get them to cover the cost of the repairs, nearly £1000. Not to be trusted I’m afraid, dishonest, and the warranty not worth the paper it’s written on!

Disgraceful & Dishonest - Be VERY Careful!!

I bought a car from Taylor Motor Group so that, as a single mum, I could get my two kids to school without having to take three buses every morning.

I saved up all my money for nearly two years to buy, what I had hoped, would be the car of my dreams…….unfortunately it turned out to be a NIGHTMARE!

I should have stopped even before I bought the car when the ‘slimey’ salesman and his colleagues stood in the corner seemed more interested in looking me up and down than they did in anything that I had to say or any of the questions that I wanted to ask…….but I ignored the warning signs and put my trust in them to sell me a ‘good car’.

For me the most important thing was that the car be reliable and, if anything were to go wrong, that there would be a warranty to cover the cost.

I explained this to the salesman and was assured that the I would have no problems with the car that I was buying and in any case the warranty that they were giving would offer me ‘complete peace of mind’ – this was an outright lie!

Within two months of having the car it had a major problem that left me broken down and stranded at the side of the road TWO times – the warranty said that it ‘wasn’t covered’ and Taylor Motor Group wouldn’t even take my calls or respond to my letters!! Disgraceful!!
This left me over £400 out of pocket - £400 I didn’t have after just handing over all my hard saved money to buy the car from them a few weeks before.

The car has since suffered more problems and cost even more money and I have found out from other people that this is not uncommon for these cowboys – apparently they buy all their cars from auctions where other dealers send cars that have ‘problems’ – they give them a clean and put them on the forecourt and sell them to unsuspecting people like me..

If I were you I would STAY AWAY FROM TAYLOR MOTOR GROUP – there are plenty of other places you can go…..places that don’t have bad reviews like this!
