I used Taylor Chartered Surveyors to carry out a valuation of my shared ownership property. They were very helpful and quick to arrange the valuation and the report was ready within a few days. Their price was much more reasonable than other companies I was looking at and they were very clear with their costs and terms. They were easy to contact and very responsive to emails. Overall excellent service and would recommend and use again.

Used Taylor Chartered Surveyors when we needed a RICS valuation from HTB. I was worried that with their price being so much cheaper than others online there might be something wrong but that absolutely wasn't the case. They were the quickest and cheapest and I did speak to a number of other companies. Service was very professional too. Special shout out to Elliot who did the valuation, was very prompt and for this quick turnaround - he attended Friday morning and we had the valuation back Monday morning before 9am. Also Sasha who was great in setting everything up. Their advice with HTB was also second to none and we've already received our redemption statement.
