Recently used Taylor Chartered Surveyors for a RICS valuation required in order to sell our property.
I was extremely anxious due to the outcome of the valuation as others in the area had been down valued.

The surveyor was excellent. He was happy to discuss my concerns and really helped put my mind at ease. I don’t feel the appointment was rushed and the surveyor was really really nice.

I work for a mortgage lender and sometimes surveyors are in and out in minutes. This wasn’t the case and I was really impressed with how informative he was and also how professional he was.

I also think it’s important to mention how quick their turnaround times were. My appointment was booked within the week and once I had paid the invoice, the statement was in my inbox in under 10 minutes.

The outcome of the valuation was given in under 24 hours too.

I contacted Taylor Chartered Surveyors to obtain a valuation to repay Help to Buy. They were professional and courteous, offered me an appointment that suited me and explained the process. At the appointment, they arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. The report was completed and sent to me in the time frame expected. Cost was reasonable and competitive I can recommend this company.

I emailed to them to make an appointment: they were responsive and they managed to find a convenient time slot for me to attend the property for evaluation. They sent the report in a couple of days after Elliot had attended the property. All went smoothly keeping me much satisfied with their service.
