I researched many surveyors and Taylor had not only competitive pricing but as well quick availability to do my house valuation and deliver the report (next day). Great customer service and I would definitely recommend or work with them again if needed in the future.

What an amazing service! Quick response, competitive price (I checked about 10 companies for comparison) and finally the valuation came out respective to the general trend observed on the market in my residential area. Turn out of the report was quick and up to standards. Apart of that, the company is well informed and provide support in every aspect.

Sasha and Elliot were a brilliant pair, professional and helpful throughout. I used their services for a Help To Buy loan valuation, would recommend to anyone looking to do this or similar and will be using them again myself in the future.

Was recommended to me by my neighbour and really happy I chose this company. Sasha was very quick and proactive with her communication and Elliot was also very lovely and I received my valuation the day after the visit. Happy with my valuation and how quick and easy everything was from start to finish. Also they kindly sent me an updated and free of charge RICS report as I didn’t complete within the 3 months. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both myself and my husband work full time. Some companies that we have dealt with do not offer flexible times but Taylor Chartered Surveyors were able to offer times so that we didn’t have to take work time off which was very helpful. The valuation was quick and the report sent the next day! Highly recommended!
