We used Taylors Surveyors for our HTB redemption valuation. They were very quick in responding and providing an appointment. The valuation was professional and we received the report next day. Really happy with their service!

RICS SURVEYORS

Everything was absolutely ,clear, easy and very professional from the moment I contacted Taylor Chartered Surveyors to the valuation certificate process . The valuator when visited my property was very professional , understandable and responding to all my questions min a very professional and easy way.
I cannot recommend highly enough Taylors Chartered Surveyors which are one of the best out there. 10 out of 10.

Had a RICS valuation done recently in order to start the steps of paying off my HTB loan, they were fantastic, so quick and efficient and valuation the report came through the very next day! Amazing service would highly recommend to anyone.

Fast and efficeint!

I needed an urgent RICS valuation for a Help to Buy repurchase before my mortgage offer expired. The team quickly arranged for a local surveyor to carry out the inspection on the same day. I called in the morning, the survey was completed that afternoon, and I received the report first thing the next day. Incredibly efficient and professional service. Highly recommended.
