Items never arrived. Reached out to the company multiple times but received no response. Contacted my bank who issued me with a chargeback refund which apparently TOBEFRANK are now disputing. They seem to be running a scam. Do not order from them.

Shocking service. Paid for 2 items and only got 1. Emailed multiple times asking for the other item to be sent and have have not a single reply or acknowledgement. They owe me money at this point as product not received. Will report to Trading Standards. Diabolical.

Never received. Filed complaint with bank to retrieve money.

I ordered from this store on February 4th 2026. They took my money straight away, no hesitation. It has now been over a month and I have received absolutely nothing. No package, no update, nothing.
I have sent multiple emails. Not one reply.
The only email I receive are to leave a review on Trustpilot for a product that never arrived at my door.
I then went back to the website and it is still up, still selling, still taking people's money. And I noticed the site says it was last updated in 2026.
I am sharing this because I don't want anyone else to lose there money.
Please do not buy anything from this store. And if this happened to you too, please share and leave a comment below. We deserve to know who else is in the same situation. There should be legal ways to put these websites down!
Today, I sent my last email to TOBEFRANK. After waiting the 30 days, I´ll try other ways to be refunded.

I have an unfulfulled order since 2024 - have emailed a hundred times. Something badly wrong here

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. It is still showing as unfulfilled in my account. I have tried contacting them several times but received no response at all. Avoid

Recieved only one item from order. Have been completely ignored by customer service emails. There is no phone number to call. Seems to me like the company is a scam at this point.

To be frank, this company is a thief. They take money, don’t deliver and don’t reply. Don’t order or work with them.

I really don’t know where are all these negative comments coming from because I placed my order on a Sunday and it was delivered to my local ups pick up shop even though I wasn’t home when the courier arrived he went and delivered it to my local ups pick up point ! 5 stars from me

Did not recieve half the items on my order and I have been completely ignored in emails. Company doesn't seem to have any other way to contact them

I made an order on March 22. Delivery was supposed to be within a week, but it didn't arrive. I contacted the company several times over emails and social media, but there was no response. It's a shame because I've ordered from here before, and I loved the product. Now, I'm just chasing after my money.

I would give less than one star if possible.

I only ordered from them as my partner owns a pair of sweatpants from ToBeFrank and they are great. After I submitted my order, I received confirmation of the purchase and then nothing.

When I didn't receive any update, I reached out. No one responded. I have since tried chasing multiple times. I have tried to contact all emails provided (Hello and Orders) and no one has responded.

No replies, no updates, nothing. I've had to file a claim with my bank to see if I can have the money refunded so I don't lose it.

Will never purchase anything from them again. Would never tell anyone to buy from them. If I didn't know that the company existed, I would say it is a scam.

They never replied to my several emails (requested them to change the size of one of the items) after I made my order of 2 T-shirts and 1 pair of pants. Then they sent the pants and only after that cancelled both t-shirts without an explanation. I know they’re busy but as a customer I expect replies to my emails and more timely updates. Otherwise good quality clothes though and I like their sustainability ethos, but expect better customer service as it’s wasting my time and makes the process unnecessarily frictional.

What a ridiculous excuse for a company. They seemingly haven't shipped anything since I've ordered, and completely ignore all communication.

Any company that has such poor customer service deserves nothing more than 1 star.

They took 2 weeks to arrive and there was no dispatch notification, so I was starting to get worried my order wouldn’t arrive like the previous review. I ordered a pair of cargo joggers, this is my third pair and the quality is still lovely. The sales and the lack of recent social media does make me think that sadly To Be Frank is winding down.

Nothing has arrived! I have emailed multiple times - no contact whatsoever - have they gone bust? They owe me £100
