Another aspect I love about this company is their level of data protection as they take GDPR seriously and ensure no breach of their clients privacy is compromised . I started working here in July 2023 as a support worker.
So far, my experience has been positive. The team is friendly and supportive, making it easy to ask for help when needed. I appreciate the training I received, which has helped me do my job better.
The work environment is encouraging, and I feel valued as part of the team. I also enjoy the chance to make a difference in people’s lives through my role.
While everything has been good, I believe there could be more opportunities for professional development. Overall, I would recommend this workplace to others looking for a supportive and fulfilling job.
